7 Days Raw Challenge

I have set myself a challenge to do 7 Days Raw - that is just eating raw food.  Claire, a friend has lost over 3 stone eating a vegan raw diet and detoxing (plus exercising too).  She looks absolutely amazing - full of vitality and zest for life!

Claire opened a cafe in Edinburgh at the beginning of the year called Orb Cafe which serves organic Raw Vegan food.  Check out some of the photos - the food looks amazing! You can join Orb's facebook page here.  Claire herself is doing 100 Days Raw.  You can see her updates here.

I've taken some photos from the Facebook page to show how yummy the food looks.  I will be getting most of the food I will be eating over the 7 days from the cafe.

I am taking up the challenge of 7 Days Raw starting on Monday.  Wish me luck! I'll be writing a post each day - showing what I'm eating and how I'm feeling.  I am sure I'll be grumpy with the lack of caffeine and wine!

  3. Hi, I just stumbled across your post. It's crazy, but I have always wanted to try a raw food diet. I just don't know how long I'd last. I've been eating cooked food since birth so it would definitely be a challenge.

I've started a new feature on my blog today called "My Top Five..." where I'm picking my five favourite nail polishes in each colour over the next couple of weeks! I'm starting with blue...

  11. I would love to try this, it just isn't feasible at the moment though as I must eat very low fat too. I tried to buy a dehydrstor on ebay but they are sooo expensive. :-)
