Magical Tree: Eternal Beauty Anti-Ageing Face Serum

As you'll know I'm a huge fan of Magical Tree's glorious Body Butters* see my review HERE. I've been testing out one of their newish Face Serums*.

I selected the one which appealed to me most - Eternal Beauty Anti-Ageing Face Serum (£21.49)* others in the range include Free From Skincare Silver 2018 Winner Soft Cheeks Serum for Sensitive Skin and Glowing Glory Hydrating Face Serum.

The serum is Vegan and contains mainly certified organic ingredients. Free from chemicals, no animal testing and recyclable minimal packaging is used (I hate excess outer packaging, I'm all for less is more!)

The serum is formulated with natural oils and essential oils including Rosehip & Pomegranate Seed Oils which rejuvenate, regenerate, enhance elasticity and help to stimulate collagen production. Clary Sage helps to clear the skin while Frankincense reduces scars and is anti-ageing. Ylang Ylang and Helichrysum help with cell regeneration and leave the skin soft and delicately scented.

To use: massage a few drops onto the face and neck. Can even be used around the delicate eye area. The serum is light, herbal-floral scented and it absorbs instantly leaving the skin feeling nourished and looking radiant. It's beautiful!

Magical Tree: Sweet Delight Body Scrub

I recently tried Magical Tree's fabulous Body Butters* (see my review HERE). They are one of my favourite tries this year.

Sweet Delight Body Scrub (Orange & Grapefruit) £19.99 was shortlisted in the free from skincare awards 2017.

The scrub is made of natural ingredients including Virgin Organic Coconut Oil and pink Himalayan salt which has a natural exfoliating effect. The scent is uplifting and zesty and perfect to use in your morning shower.

To use: massage onto damp skin before rinsing. No need to moisturise after patting your skin dry as the skin is left feeling comfortable and nourished.

The body scrub is suitable for Vegans and is created with 100% natural and partially certified organic ingredients. No artificial colours, fragrances, preservatives, parabens or sulphates are used in production. The products are hand made in small batches with love and care. There is no animal testing on the ingredients used or the products and packaging is recyclable.

It has the perfect amount of "scrubbiness" and the scrub smoothes, exfoliates and nourishes the skin. Pick yours up HERE.

Magical Tree: Body Butters

Co-Founder Laz got in touch and asked if I'd like to try some of the products from their range. I love a good body butter and scrub so said yes please! Emmy creates the scents and formulations while Laz makes sure the products get noticed!

I love the simple but pretty recyclable packaging. Suppliers are carefully chosen and the ingredients used are all organic, Vegan and certified by The Soil Association (except the beeswax). They first created the products for themselves and family and friends making the decision to sell to the public in December 2016.

I've been lucky enough to try the full range of body butters* (£19.99 each) which are simply divine! Rich and luxurious they deeply nourish the skin. The scents are all beautiful. I pick and choose according to my mood.

Flower Power Body Butter* is scented with Geranium Bourbon which balances both the body and mind. It has a rich and sweet floral scent (and is one of my favourites!) The blend is made with Shea, Cocoa and Mango Butters along with Grapeseed, Coconut and Sweet Almond Oils.

To use: massage over the body after a hot bath or shower. The butter will melt onto the skin leaving it feeling comforted, nurtured and deeply moisturised. It can also be used as a deep treat on the hands or on rough areas like knees, elbows and feet.

Sweet Delight Body Butter* is enriched with Organic Virgin Coconut Oil with natural butters and oils. It is scented with uplifting Orange and Grapefruit Essential Oils.

To use: as an all over body moisturiser. It can also be used as a make up remover and for hand and cuticle care.

Velvet Touch Body Butter* is perfect to use on holiday or coming into autumn as it contains soothing Lavender and Chamomile Essential Oils. The nourishing blend is a combination of Shea, Cocoa and Mango Butters with the addition of skin loving oils.

To use: use all over the body to calm, soothe and nourish.

Choko Kiss Body Butter* smells like mint chocolate! It's a delicious blend of nourishing oils and butters with a peppermint aroma.

To use: use on your hands after gardening or treat your feet to some TLC.

I've been so impressed with these lovely butters. They are such a treat for the skin and senses. Pick yours up HERE. Look out for my review of Sweet Delight Body Scrub* soon (it was shortlisted in the Free From Skincare Awards this year).

Shopping my Stash #93

Here are the products I've been reaching for:

I picked up Stella Says Soap's gorgeous Rosewood & Geranium Hand Balm at Maltby Street Market last weekend. I first tried Stella's soaps a couple of years ago. The hand balm is a rich and nourishing blend of 100% pure and natural oils and butters including Organic Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, Vitamin E and Beeswax. The hand balm smells glorious and deeply moisturises the hands. It's a keeper! My next purchase is going to be the Brittany Sea Salt Reed Diffuser - see HERE

I absolutely adore Antipodes's Sweet Pacific Coral Lipstick. The coral colour is simply beautiful, long lasting and moisturising. I definitely want to try more colours soon.

I'm testing out Renunail's Sensitive Nail Strengthener** which helps you to achieve stronger nails in 28 days. I had a bit of a setback recently so I'm determined to start again! Expect a full review soon.

I'm trying out all of the body butters* from Magical Tree and they are simply gorgeous! Flower Power is scented with Geranium Bourbon essential oil and has a sweet and floral scent. It's a rich blend of Shea, Cocoa and Mango Butter with Grapeseed, Coconut & Sweet Almond oils. I just adore them! Expect a full review soon!

It was nice to spot Alteya Organics back at Love Lula. I used the brand's Certified Organic Hair Treatment with Bulgarian Rose way back in 2015. See my review HERE. I've been testing out their gorgeous and very affordable Certified Organic Bulgarian White Rose Water (£8 - 100ml)*. It's very effective and lovely. Again, a fuller review will follow.

I love OKKO's balms and this Coconut & Lime Lip Balm is lovely (and leaves me dreaming of summer!) My only negative is that if you push the balm up too much it won't go back down again. I love the recyclable packaging though and the lush scent and how deeply it moisturises the lips.

I'm a huge fan of cleansing balms* and this one by Lucky Cloud Skincare is one of my favourites. See my review HERE

September: Lately I've Been Loving

Here's my September loves:

I was lucky enough to recently win one of Laila London's products of my choice in their giveaway and I chose their Replenishing Midnight Facial Oil 30ml* which is gorgeous. Expect a review soon!

Marie's Artisan Soaps are one of the best artisan handcrafted ones I've used.

They are hand cut before being beautifully wrapped and the soaps are made using an ancient cold process method and are formulated using natural ingredients. They are made in small batches before being poured into moulds to set.

Marie very kindly sent me two soaps to try and both are just gorgeous. Geranium & Rosewood* (£5) is scented with Bergamot, Geranium & Rosewood essential oils and pink clay. It's perfect for sensitive skin types. The second one is Organic Lavender* (£5) which calms and soothes. The addition of patchouli essential oil is a nice touch as it gives the soap a spicy edge. I've been really impressed with the quality, how effective and nice they are (I'll definitely buy for me and for stocking fillers/small gifts in the future). See the selection available HERE.

Another new to me brand is Magical Tree founded by Emmy and Laz. The body butters* are simply divine and perfect for dry winter skin - all the scents are a delight. Expect a full review soon.

I was so pleased to finally try Haeckels Made of Margate - my first try was bog myrtle incense cones. See my review HERE. I'm looking forward to trying more!

Latest launch from bodhi & birch (1st October) are their gorgeous new bath & shower oils* (£30). One of my readers can win their very own set (with the body oil collection). See HERE for details of how to enter.

One of our favourite local restaurants, First coast have started doing Small Plates Saturday. We recently shared some delicious plates of food - the scallops, with smoked cauliflower puree were a highlight as well as that delicious and sweet chocolate & hazelnut brownie.

I've totally fallen for these beautiful Bliss Botanicals Vanilla & Rose Soy Wax Melts which I bought back in the summer. They just feel like coming home to me. The scent calms and relaxes me and I love them so. See my review HERE.

What have you been loving in September?
