*Love Lula Beauty Box: May 2021

*I receive the Love Lula Beauty Box complimentary as one of their Accredited Bloggers for an honest review. This month the contents are worth £68 and contains 4 full size products!

What a great box! The first thing to jump out at me was my fav Organic Works. Inside this month is a full size Lavender Hand Wash worth £10. For me, hand wash is always a welcome item in a beauty box as in these times I go through it by the gallon! I'm also a fan of their Bergamot Hand Wash* (review) Looking forward to this 'un!

As soon as the latest Walden Natural Perfume - A Morning Star EdP arrived I rushed out to buy a 15ml spray. See my review HERE. Inside the beauty box this month is a full size natural perfume oil rollerball 10ml worth £22.

I've used Bowe Organics Lash Oil before and inside the box this month is their Brow Oil 10ml which is worth £17. It'll help to thicken and strengthen and grow your brows.

Rounding up the box this month is Urban Veda's Purifying Day Cream 50ml which is worth £18.99. I've used this cream before. It's suitable for oily and congested skin types and has a minty herbal aroma.

From Danish Grums (another new to me brand) is their 2-in-1 Raw Coffee Hand Scrub which is worth £14. This is delightful - scrubby and nourishing at the same time. A review to come!

*bowe organics lip balm

*productsample I've been trying out award-winning bowe organics lip rescue balm (6g - £6) which is a nourishing lip treat created and formulated by Diane Bowe, a freelance hairdresser living in London. She started using organic hair colours in her work and this launched her passion for all things organic.

Her range (so far there's the lip balm but also available is her award-winning lash oil) are presented in covetable black recyclable packaging with a stylish but simple logo. Ingredients used are the finest quality organic and natural and the range is Vegan and cruelty free.

The Lip Rescue Balm is a luscious and deeply moisturising treat for the lips and is formulated with raspberry seed, almond, jojoba, rosehip, coconut oils with shea and cocoa butters and carnauba wax and Vitamin E.

To use: apply as often as needed for nourished, revitalised and deeply hydrated lips.

I'm suitably impressed. This is a deeply nourishing balm which is nice to use an the perfect size to pop in your handbag! (I've also used it for flyaways and cuticles).

Love Lula Beauty Box: August 2018

My July Love Lula Beauty Box* arrived the other day. This month it's worth £55 and contains 2 full size products, 3 trial size and 1 sachet. So what's inside:

And for a closer look..

I've always wanted to try more products from pure & light organic skincare and inside is a 15ml tube of their Revitalising Facial Exfoliation, a dual-action cleansing cream which will revitalise and rejuvenate the skin. Cleansing is combined with gentle daily exfoliation. Look out for a review on this one shortly!

From new brand at Love Lula is Bowe Organics with their Lash Oil (10ml - £19.99). I've actually got an unopened bottle awaiting my use from a recent Skin Organics Clean Beauty Box. A review will be forthcoming.

I love sachets and trial sizes are they are great trymes or for weekends away and holidays. Inside this month is a 1.5ml sachet of Kimberly Sayer's fabulous Ultra Light Facial Moisturiser SFP30 (which incidentally I used long before I blogged!) I'll be popping this one in my travel bag.

There are two 5ml trial sizes from fabulous Gallinée which I've tried before - Hydrating Face Cream (REVIEW) and Hand Cream (REVIEW). I'm happy to have these fab products back in my stash!

Rounding up the box this month is a full size product which we've had a couple of times before in the box - Madara's AHA Peel Mask (60ml - £24). I love Marada products but I'd love to see a new product in the box - maybe one of their soaps, something from the Infusion Vert range or a sample size of one of their face oils.

As ever, it's a great value box. What do you think of the contents? Are you a subscriber?

Skin Organics Clean Beauty Box - June - Hydrate

After collaborating with Skin Organics Clean Beauty Box last month for Beauty Balm Curates... see my review HERE (as you'll know I was over the moon and then some to be asked) but I was excited as ever to see what the next month would hold..

June's theme is Hydrate and inside the box are 6 items (and four new to me brands). This is what beauty boxes should be about!

And for a closer look..

The Skin Organics Clean Beauty Box retails at £21 plus (£3.95 p&p) a month. Sign up HERE. Some of the brands also offer discount codes which is a nice extra touch for subscribers to enjoy.

Totally new to me brand is Bowe Organics Lash Oil (£19.99 - 10ml) which helps to promote healthy and hydrated lashes. I love the stylish packaging and I'm looking forward to testing it out. It's also a Free From Skincare Awards Shortlisted Product 2018. As ever, a review will follow.

I'm currently testing and trying Sofia Latif Face Oil (£20 - 10ml) which is truly exquisite (Sofia used to be a blogger who has now formulated and created her own product and brand which is truly awe inspiring). The blend gorgeous and scented with uplifting jasmine and repairing Bulgarian rose. A full review is forthcoming. The Face Oil also is a Free From Skincare Awards Shortlisted Product 2018.

From new-to-me brand Bespoke Aroma we have their Refreshing Peppermint Facial Mist (£4.25 - 30ml) and Peppermint & Lemongrass Pulse Point Oil (£4.25 - 10ml) which I'm looking forward to trying.

And another new to me brand is Cosy Cottage Soap Company. Inside is their Mango Butter & Lemon Foot Balm which is suitable for Vegans (£5 - 30ml) which deeply nourishes the feet and legs. It has a slightly grainy texture which melts on contact with warm skin leaving it lemon scented.

The final item this month is from Lucidlure, Allava Hair Mask (£5.50 - 30g), a brand which has been on my to try list after Ana, at Ana Goes Green mentioned it to me. It sounds a really intensive treat for the hair and perfect for summer holidays. Again, a full review will follow.

What do you think of the contents this month? (I love!)
