Shopping My Stash #85

Here's what I've been reaching for lately:

Trevarno's Rose & Jojoba Soap* which is gorgeous! It has a beautiful rose scent (which I love) and scrubby bits of ground rosehip which gently exfoliates the skin while you wash. See my review HERE.

I'm a huge fan of Carina Organics which you can buy at Live in the Light in the UK. See my review of the deliciously scented Sweet Pea Leave-in Conditioner* HERE.

MuLondon recently sent me a pot of their luxurious White Chocolate Truffle Moisturiser* which I'd used in the past (and yes, it smells good enough to eat!) You can use it on your face, hands and body - I so LOVE a multi-purpose product and I'll enjoy using it once again.

Also, from Live in the Light is Pure Anada mascara* which is paraben, gluten and mercury free. It volumises and lengthens and is one of the best more natural mascaras I've used.

I received the little sample of Aurelia Probiotic Skincare Botanical Cream Deodorant when I bought Imelda's (Content Beauty & Wellbeing) book (they offered a sample set if you pre-ordered). It's one of the best natural deodorants I've ever used and full size is on the wishlist.

From new brand Herbal Forest I've been loving their Chai Spice Lip Balm* (it really smells like chai tea!). It deeply nourishes the lips leaving them feeling moisturised and sweetly scented.

What have you been reaching for lately?

Simply Bee Heel Balm 125ml* - this is a rich balm which leaves the feet super soft.  See my review here.

MuLondon White Chocolate Elbow, Knee & Heel Cream 60ml - this came in my recent S/S a beautiful world box. It is super fabulous. Rich and deliciously scented my dry feet lap this up. Gorgeous. One I know I'll buy again and again. I reviewed MuLondon's White Chocolate Truffle Moisturiser* here.

MuLondon White Chocolate Truffle Moisturiser 60ml

I recently asked Boris (Founder & Head Cream-Whipper) if MuLondon sold 15ml samples of moisturiser.  He said no but pots were available in 60ml & 30ml size.  He spotted I was on a spending ban and offered to send me a pot of moisturiser to review.  I chose Organic White Chocolate Truffle* Moisturiser.  It featured in my Shopping the Stash in week 5.

The moisturiser arrived securely wrapped in a mini box and wrapped in tissue.  With it came information leaflets which were interesting to read.

60ml retails at £15 and 30ml retails at £9.  Products are 100% vegan and are super concentrated - they contain no added water - so you only ever need to use a small amount.  "Melt a tiny pea sized amount between the palms of your hands". If your skin feels greasy you've used too much.

Suitable for all skin types including dry and sensitive.  Can be applied all over the body - face, neck, hands, arms, knees and feet.  Can be used morning and night. Products are all handmade in London by Boris.

The moisturiser smells simply good enough to eat! It contains Organic Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, extracts of cocoa and pure Bourbon Vanilla as well as Rosemary extract to replenish and revive the skin.

Contains no mineral oils, parabens, silicones, emulsifiers or artificial fragrances. Products are not tested on animals.

I've been using the moisturiser at night.  I love the scent, feel of the moisturiser on my skin and how it makes my skin look radiant and it super moisturises. I'll definitely be replenishing this pot when it's empty.

Moisturisers come in a range of scents - Organic Rose, Rosehip & Rosemary, Organic Lavender, Organic Marigold, Frankincense & Myrrh, Organic Hemp and Organic White Chocolate Truffle.  Cleansers are available in Organic Rose, Organic Lavender and Organic Fragrance Free.

You can see MuLondon's latest competition here. (ends in just under two weeks)

Shopping my Stash - Spending Ban Week 5

These are the products I've been using this week:

Lancome Effet Miracle Bare Skin Perfection Primer 15ml - Porcelain Effect shade 01. A great mattifying primer. I've also been using it alone without foundation while just staying home.  You can see it in my current primers review here.

Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge for Lips & Cheeks - in shade 11 Pale Pink. I tend to just use it on my cheeks as I find it a bit drying on my lips.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil - in Demolition - a dark brown shade. It lasts well but not quite as well as YSL Long Lasting Waterproof Eye Pencil.

Jane Iredale Just Kissed Lip & Cheek Stain - this came in last February's Joliebox.  A stain which adjusts to your body chemistry.  I tend to use this on lips only.

Estee Lauder Private Collection Tuberose Gardenia EDP 30ml - simply adore this beautiful scent.  You can read my review here.

Murad Body Firming Cream 100ml - this came in February's Beautylishous Bag.  I am enjoying using this orange scented cream.

Pure Papaya Ointment 25g - a lovely rich and natural balm which can be used all over the body.  See my review here.

ClearZal Foot Food Nutritional Cream 100g - one of the best foot creams I've used.  You can see my review here.

MuLondon Organic White Chocolate Truffle Moisturiser 60ml* - A deliciously scented (just like chocolate) moisturiser which is natural, organic, vegan, cruelty free and made without preservatives.  It is packed full of shea butter, jojoba oil, cocoa and pure bourbon vanilla.  It is a highly concentrated product (no water is used in production) and a little goes a long way.  Full review to follow.
