Shopping my Stash #106

I took this pic on a really sunny day! My post contains one item which is a #productsample/AD.

I've been loving trying Eco by Sonia Eye Compost, which is their latest launch. It comes with a dinky jade stone applicator. I'm pretty impressed with how good this is. It brightens and plumps the eye area, reducing dark circles and smoothing out fine lines.

Botanico Vida Omega Balm is a deeply nourishing balm which is formulated with Sacha Inchi Oil, the world's richest plant source of Omega 3, 6 and 9, Catorlatum TM, a new ingredient which naturally locks moisture into the skin, Argan, Avocado, Rosehip and Coconut oils along with Vitamin E and Calendula. It's great to use on dry skin patches, flyaways, hands and cuticles, lips and heels. This smaller size pot's perfect to pop in your handbag for instant moisture on the go.

The SPF30 Mineral Shield Daily Primer from Beauty Kitchen came in a kit - see HERE.  I really like this - it mattifies and smoothes the skin before foundation application.

My friend Julie gave me the Herbivore Jasmine Green Tea Balancing Toner for my birthday. I'm a huge fan of this brand and have previously tried a few items from the range. This toner smells heavenly! It refreshes and balances (and is great for my oily T-zone).

I recently placed an order with Noble Isle and was sent some lovely freebies including this mini Golden Harvest Luxury Body Hydrator. I love it's gel like texture and subtle scent. I think it would be the perfect body product for summer and holidays.

This simple but luscious lip balm* from Wild & Precious is rich and nourishing. See my review HERE.

Rounding up my picks is the sublime White Peaches by Shay & Blue which I think is summer in a bottle. It's deliciously refreshing, sweet and floral.

Botanico Vida Omega Oil

I've been trying Award Winning Botanico Vida Omega Oil (50ml - £11.50)* and I can really say it's fantastic! The brand was founded by Kirsty Cimesa of Elemental Herbology and her friend Hannah Becker.

The blend is 100% natural and a mixture of oils rich in Omegas 3, 6 and 9. Formulated with Sacha Inchi Seed Oil which is a plant sourced Omega Oil and is obtained from an Omega Project in Peru which helps support 8,000 jobs and contributes to the reforestation of up to 20k hectares of land. The formula also includes Rosehip, Argan, Avocado, Olive, Sunflower, Coconut and Calendula oils and scented with Mandarin and Grapefruit essential oils.

It's perfect for all members of the family and great to use on your bump if pregnant.  To use: massage onto the face and body, especially on any dry patches. You'll find it absorbs instantly and has a light citrus scent.

Free from petrochemicals, SLS, parabens, PEGS, mineral oils. It's hypoallergenic and certified Leaping Bunny and with the Vegan Society. EcoCert and Fair Trade ingredients are used and the oil is UK made. Clinically proven to help stretch marks, uneven skin tone and dehydrated skin.

Love Lula Beauty Box: May 2018

It's always a happy day when Love Lula's Beauty Box lands. Inside this month are five products and the total value of the box is over £46. As ever, there's a 20% discount code to use on any of the brands in the box.

So what's inside...

The first item to jump out at me is Alteya Organics Certified Organic Rosewater (100ml - £7.20). I'm a huge fan of this brand so more than happy to see it feature in the beauty box this month. See my review of their Certified Organic White Rose Water Spray* HERE.

Next up is Lyonsleaf's Calendula & Marshmallow Balm (30ml - £8.99) which soothes, repairs and nourishes the skin. Use it on dry, cracked, chapped, hard, rough or irritated skin. I'm a huge fan of the brand so looking forward to testing this out.

Also inside is a full size Bellapierre Shimmer Powder in shade Lava (brown) (2.35g - £12.99). This looks a shade too shimmery for me but will provide long lasting vibrant colour (and it's nice to see a make up item in the box).

PHB Anti-Ageing Eye Gel (15ml - £16.95) which firms and nourishes and is good for targeting lines and wrinkles.

The final item is a sachet of Botanico Vida Omega Oil I'm currently testing a full size bottle out and it's fabulous. Expect a review shortly.

March Empties

Here's what I've been using up in March:

Briogeo Repair Shampoo & Conditioner (both 59ml) - I received these in a set with a fabulous Leave-In Conditioning Spray (from my friend Julie at Christmas). I liked both the products and I'll maybe repurchase at some point in the future (I'd probably say I preferred the Conditioner to the Shampoo).

Narloa Jasmine & Neroli Body Oil 125ml - I just loved this beautiful body oil. See my review HERE. It also featured in my Top Brands & Products of '17. Sure to pick it up again when my body care product stash reduces a bit!

Bodhi & Birch Mint Thé Bath & Shower Therapy 200ml - this is one of my all time favourite B&B shower scents. I know I'll re-purchase at some point. See my review HERE

Bodhi & Birch Neroli Luce Revitalising Face Oil 15ml - I love the exquisitely scented facial oil coming into late spring and summer. Sure to pick it up again and soon!

Jane Scrivner Firm Believer Definitive Body Serum 100ml* - which I loved (every Jane Scrivner product I've tried I've loved!) A rich and luxurious skin firming body serum which I really enjoyed using. See my review HERE. This one's on the to-buy list!

Pureology Hydrate Conditioner 250ml - which performed really well. I really like this brand and I'd buy this again.

Lola's Apothecary Breath of Clarity Bath & Shower Oil mini - I've tried this before and loved it. Full size is on the wishlist.

Aldi Reed Diffuser No.1 Lime, Basil & Mandarin - very impressed with this diffuser from Aldi. The scent is really lovely and the whole package (glass pot and diffuser reeds) looks great. Will buy again for sure.

KINN Beauty Body Oil 100ml** - I loved everything about this beautiful award winning range. See my thoughts on it HERE. I'll definitely buy this when my stash reduces a bit. Just love.

Sisley Black Rose Precious Face Oil sample - which came in my recent "In the Name of the Rose" beauty subscription. Oh yes, full size is on the wishlist!

Dr Teals Pure Epsom Salts Lavender 1lb - these made for a super relaxing bath and I had the best sleep ever afterwards. Will definitely pick these up again.

Dr Bronner's Orange & Lavender Lotion sample - this lotion absorbed instantly leaving the skin delicately scented. I really liked this and I'd buy full size when my stash reduces.

Botanico Vida Omega Oil 3 x 3ml sachets*** - this skin loving oil is gorgeous! I've just been sent a full size bottle so a review will be coming!
