Shopping my Stash #102

Here's what I've been reaching for..

It's been years since I've used hair mousse* but I've found this one by Eco Cosmetics (150ml - £9.95) to be fabulous!  It's suitable for all hair types and gives great volume and hold. Enriched with pomegranate and goji berries it leaves the hair smooth and silky with maximum volume.

I love Balm Balm's single note scents and these ones - mandarin and bergamot have been perfect for hot summer days. Zesty, fruity and uplifting and easy to pop in a handbag or pocket!

Weleda's Pomegranate Body Lotion 20ml* lightly moisturises the skin leaving it feeling nourished and delicately scented. The lotion is lightweight and perfect to use in summertime.

As you'll know I adore Tropic Skincare's having loved everything I've tried. The coconut scented sun care range is beautiful and very effective. I've been using their Sun Shade SPF 50* and been suitably impressed. See my review HERE

I love Minyara's Lip Balms, they are super nourishing and great value for money!

The final item I've been reaching for is Sofia Latif's glorious jasmine scented face oil*. See my review HERE.

Shopping My Stash #98

Here's what I've been reaching for lately:

Every Antipodes product I've tried I've loved and this beautiful Deliverance Kowhai Flower Hand Cream is just a delight. See my mini review HERE. It smells gorgeous (Sweet Orange, Tonka Bean and Sandalwood) and deeply nourishes the hands and nails.

Not one but two lip products - one which gives the lips a rosey glow - Albus & Flora's Tinted Lip Balm SPF30 in Mountain Rose* (it's featured a few times on the blog). The nourishing pop of colour is great for a natural make up look (and perfect for the ski slopes!) My second is by Minyara (again I've mentioned them a lot on the blog) and they are deeply nourishing and come in a great range of flavours (I've got one by my bed, one in my handbag, one in my desk drawer...)

From nknaturals is their gorgeous life restoration mist* see my review HERE. As well as smelling beautiful it calms, refreshes, soothes and hydrates.

Bright and citrussy sweet Mrs Gloss & the Goss Lemon Sherbert EdP was created by Sarah at 4160 Tuesdays for the Facebook Group of the same name.

Shopping my Stash #95

Here's what I've been reaching for this week:

From Skin Shop I've been testing out their Xmas Spice Rub Boswellia & Commiphora Joint Rub* which is great for reducing pain and inflammation caused by arthritis and stiff joints. I've got a problem with one of my knees (after a fall a few years ago) and I've found this cream really does help with the pain. It costs £9.95 for 100ml and you can pick it up HERE.

This Lemon & Lime Lip Balm from Minyara is just fab! If you want one hurry as there are only a few left in the shop currently. It deeply nourishes the lips and the lemon & lime flavour gives it a zesty taste. Made with local beeswax, sweet almond oil, cocoa butter and essential oils.

SkinOwl's Geranium Beauty Drops are just fantastic (I received them from my friend Julie as a gift) and I definitely want to try more from the range. They are suitable for combination, dehydrated, dull and lacklustre skin. The drops brighten, nourish and revitalise adding radiance and glow. I either use them alone or put a few drops in my moisturiser.  Love!

I've been testing out a few of the new products from ishga (I'm already a huge fan of the brand and you can see my previous review of a selection of their skincare HERE).

ishga organic seaweed body wash (£17.50 - 250ml)* makes for an invigorating and uplifting morning shower. The wash is made with an organic coconut oil base which hydrates and nourishes the skin along with moisturising and bio-degradable oil extracted from the palm fruit kernel and fruit acids which creates an all natural foam. The essential oils used are lemongrass, juniper berry, geranium and lavender.

My skin is absolutely loving ishga organic invigorating body oil (£35 - 100ml)* which deeply nourishes and moisturises. Made with sustainably sourced Scottish seaweed which contains Vitamins A, C and E along with trace elements and amino acids. The oil firms, regenerates, detoxifies and nourishes. It can also help to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Organic House Relax & Sleep Room Spray (£17 - 30ml)* is just instantly soothing and calming. It's perfect to help you drop off to sleep but also great for calming frazzled nerves in the run up to Christmas. The blend is relaxing and is perfect to help you unwind. 100% Organic Flower Waters are blended with essential oils of Lavender and Vetiver.

Recent Buys: Enchanted Plants, Isla Apothecary, Minyara, Samuel & Paris, Stella Says, Therapie

Here are some recent buys:

I discovered gorgeous Enchanted Plants quite randomly on Instagram. After reading about Jemma and her passion for hand crafting beautiful, artisan certified organic skincare in small batches I knew I had to buy something. The product which spoke to me the most is Blossom Hydrating Facial Mist (£27) which is seriously lush! (I also loved the email message just after I ordered which made my heart sing "thanks so much for your order, when you buy something from a small maker a real person does a little dance of joy!"). Expect a full review soon!

I'm a huge, huge fan of Isla Apothecary and this newly launched Discovery Set (£21) is absolutely fantastic. It's a great try me set as well as being really good value and it would make a brilliant Christmas gift too. Inside is travel friendly sizes of:

60g Blood Orange+Vanilla Sugar Scrub (review)
15ml Neroli Body Oil (REVIEW)
20g Refine+Radiate Beautifying Face Mask (this is new to me!)
60g Relax+Recover Bath Salts (this is also new to me!)

Expect reviews of Refine+Radiate Beautifying Face Mask and Relax+Recover Bath Salts soon!

This zesty lip balm by Minyara is just fab! Again, review forthcoming!

I first discovered a beautiful range of candles from OSMOLOGY (Bristol based). They didn't have any Samuel & Paris Candles in stock when I stopped by so went direct. The candle has a crackly woodwick and has a coastal/seashore type of scent which I love.

When in London I had to stop by Stella Says at Maltby Street Market. I picked one of Stella's soaps up when in London in 2015. Both of these balms are amazing - so expect a review soon!

I absolutely adore Therapie Himalayan Detox Salts and couldn't resist this little Serenity Duo from Naturisimo (which currently is still available!) See my review of the Detox Salts HERE
