A Rose Hamper

My friend Nardine (@Miss_Nardine) surprised me with a huge rose filled hamper for Christmas. It is stuffed full of incredibly gorgeous goodies. I'm so looking forward to trying and tasting everything!

WOW!  Now for a closer look...

A gorgeous hand poured rose candle from DW Home which smells just beautiful and is in a pretty pot. Looking forward to burning this!

REN Moroccan Rose Otto mini Gift set with my favourite Moroccan Rose Otto Bath Oil (review), Body Wash and Body Lotion. Love!

Rose de Fath EDP by Jacques Fath 100ml - I've never heard of this perfume brand. It is in a totally decadent bottle with a huge stopper. Looking forward to trying!

A pretty make up bag, the very gorgeous The Body Deli Creme de la Rose (10ml) review, The Naked Skincare Company Rose Water Toner 50ml, Balm Balm Rose Geranium Lip Balm and By Terry Baume de Rose 3g (I've wanted to try this like...forever!)

A luxe box of rose scented Roger & Gallet soaps and Anna's @ Meteora Rose hand made soap.

Barely There bauble containing White Lily & Sweet Rose Blossom Bath Pearls & Caviar, Barely There White Lily & Rose Blossom Bath Petals and Lovely Rose Scented Hanging Clay with Rose Oil.

Tea with Tom Rose & Almond Cream Tea and Caffe Florian Black Tea with Rose Petals.

Waitrose All butter rose heart shaped shortbread (cute!) and Rose & Violet Creams (one of my favourite sweet treats).

Uncle Roy's Rose Petal Jam & Rose & Hibiscus Jelly - nom!

Waitrose Rose Petals and Uncle Roy's Edible Sugared Small Red Rose Petals - going to use these for some baking!

A beautiful Harrods doggie shopper bag and a pair of John Greed rose coloured earrings.

Thanks so much Nardine! You know me so well! I simply love everything.

Reviews will follow.

Bee Good launching at Waitrose

I'm really excited to share with you that from today you can buy Bee Good products in 100 Waitrose stores!

"we're absolutely delighted that Waitrose customers will be amongst the first to experience Bee Good skincare which expertly combines precious British bee ingredients and botanicals" - Rebecca Nichols, Bee Good Marketing Director

I'm a huge fan and am thrilled I'm going to be able to purchase products with my monthly shop.

I've tried all of the products available (apart from the Honey & Wild Flax Daily Moisturiser (£19.50 for 50ml) and Honey & Crambe Daily Hand Cream (£9 for 50ml). Here are my thoughts on the ones I have tried.

Honey & Wild Mint Cleansing Water 100ml (£10 - 100ml) - I was pleased to receive this in the last BBB Beauty Box - see here - and what a box! I loved it.  The cleansing water cleanses and refreshes the skin. I like to use it to remove make up including eye make up before a deep cleanse.  It featured in Shopping my Stash #53.

Honey & Propolis 2-in-1 Cream Cleanser (£11.50 - 100ml)* - this is simply one of the best cleansers I've ever used! Super rich, smells gorgeous and easily removes all make up and daily grime including waterproof mascara. I love it! It featured in Shopping my Stash #56.

Vanilla & Honey Lip Balm (£4.75 - 10ml)* - one of the lushest and most delicious lip balms I've ever used.  See my review here.

Honey, Borage & Echium Intensive Hand Repair (£12 - 50ml)* - a rich and super moisturising hand cream which is great for dry hands, elbows and knees! See my review here.

Are you as excited as me about this news? Fingers crossed one of my local Waitrose stores are in the 100!

Maison Blanc Macarons

Victoria had me craving macarons in her recent post and imagine my surprise when hubby bought me some today!

There are twelve in the box - 2 chocolate, 2 pistachio, 2 raspberry, 2 strawberry, 2 lemon and 2 vanilla - yum yum!  They cost £6.59 and you can buy them at Waitrose.  I really recommend them - they are delicious!

I also bought this book a while back but not got round to trying to make them yet.
