*SUN.DAY of London: II Midnight (Somewhere) Botanical Candle

*productsample I received this gorgeous botanical candle from SUN.DAY of London just before Christmas. It featured in my post Christmas Gift Ideas: Candles & Books (see HERE).

I was very kindly sent a mini candle* (80ml - £12, 15hrs burn time). The scent which spoke to me is their exquisite II Midnight (Somewhere) (midi, 180ml - £26, 50hrs burn time). I love the simple packaging and recyclable pot.

The range (candles, reed diffusers and aura mists) is handcrafted by London based Macedonian fine artist, Natasha Garbawi and the range is inspired by the healing properties of plants folklore and herbal recipes passed down through the generations. The scents enhance wellbeing, give comfort, clarity, soothe and heal.

There are 5 scented candles in the current range (some of them limited edition), 5 reed diffusers and 3 botanical aura mists. Aromatherapy grade essential oils are blended with creamy coconut and gmo free plant wax with a pure cotton wick being used.

Best selling, II Midnight (Somewhere) is a beautiful blend of lavender, rose, lemon, lime and orange peel and is deliciously cocooning and comforting. I found the citrussy orange peel note the most prominent with undertones of calming lavender and rose. It's a simply stunning candle which burns evenly and has such a fantastic throw (I can still smell the lingering aroma the day after burning - which is always the sign, for me, of a fantastic candle). So recommend.

Have you tried any of the candles from the range?
