Abel Fragrance Discovery Set

I've had this little Fragrance Discovey Set from Abel which I picked up from Content Beauty & Wellbeing for a while now. It's a great try me/treat or indeed gift to any perfume lover. It costs £32 and inside are 7 x EdP 1.5ml vials. I enjoyed trying them all but the ones I'd buy full size are White Vetiver, Pink Iris and Golden Neroli (£118 - 50ml, £58 - 15ml).

White Vetiver is simply stunning. It has top notes of fresh lime, spearmint and bergamot, a heart of ginger and palmarosa with base notes of vetiver, vanilla and ambergris. I'm a huge fan of vetiver in perfumes and I love the woody warm notes within. 

Pink Iris is the perfect floral (and the newest perfume in the range). It has top notes of sichuan pepper, raspberry leaf and basil, a heart of orris root, rose and jasmine with a base of vanilla and musk. 

Golden Neroli (you know I adore Neroli!) it opens with a lush neroli note which is complemented by matcha tea. With heart notes of petitgrain, ylang ylang and jasmin sambac and a base of east indian sandalwood and vanilla. 

Red Santal is a spicy and woody scent. It has top notes of clove bud and pink & black pepper, a heart of bergamot, ginger and thyme and base notes of east indian, west indian and australian sandalwood. It's a lovely scent but just too spicy for me.

Grey Labdanum (I found this slightly too manly for me, even though the whole range is unisex). It has top notes of grapefruit, bitter orange and violet, a heart of clary sage and patchouli with a base of labdanum.

Green Cedar nearly made my by-again cut! It's a woody scent which I enjoyed wearing. It has top notes of magnolia and cardamon, a heart of cypriol and guaiac wood with base notes of texas and atlas mountain cedar.

Colbat Amber is an oriential. It has top and heart notes of pink pepper, cardamon, juniper berries, cacao, tonka and peru balsam with a base of amber.
