I was instantly drawn to Serene Skies Pulse Oil (£12.95 - 10ml)* on first sniff. It could be because it contains my much loved neroli, along with nutmeg, frankincense and lemon in an almond oil base. Roll it on pulse points for moments of calm and serenity...and breathe. It honestly does lift your spirits and calm the mind.
The second pulse oil Naomi kindly sent me is Clear Pastures (£12.95 - 10ml)* which helps to banish tiredness and headaches. It's also good for jet lag or early morning starts to perk you up and put a spring in your step. Formulated and blended with peppermint, basil, rosemary and cardamon in a base of almond oil.
