Review: Love Absolute Skincare

I first tried Love Absolute Skincare as a beauty shortlist judge back in 2019 and had the pleasure of trying their Award Winning Lavish Cold Cream and Cleanser and Facial Radiance Oil Serum. I think this indie brand is really different and I love the easily recyclable/reusable packaging with their super pretty labels. The brand was founded by holistic therapist, Sarah Bisset who wanted to create a brand which is 100% Vegan, Cruelty Free, Guilt Free and formulated with ethical and luxurious ingredients which have been carefully selected.

Having spotted their Mulberry Milk Jelly Cleanser on instagram I knew I had to try this delectable purple coloured jelly textured cleanser immediately!

It comes in a recyclable/reusable aluminium tin and is boxed.

Isn't it dreamy! The cleanser is formulated with Mulberry fruit extract, purple clay, English Wild Flower Oils and Rose and Lavender Essential oils. Gently exfoliating fruit powders and purple clay naturally exfoliate while Mulberry fruit extract helps fade pigmentation and age discolouration. It also contains natural earths peptide which balance. Lavender relaxes while Rose brings balance to the heart chakra. English Camellina Sativa Gold of Pleasure and Starflower oil smooth lines and wrinkles while White Poppy rejuvenates. Use on damp skin, massaging into a milk, before splashing with water and rinsing. Skin is left feeling clean and comfortable.

I've fallen head-over-heels for this beauty. It takes cleansing to another level and is a total joy to use.

You can also buy plastic free samples at 5g each which are perfect try-me sizes (buy 4 for £6 plus p&p, you also get a 10% off a full size with this option).

Amoral Calm Blue Cleansing Balm is an aromatic balm which gently soothes and revitalises the skin (the scent is also incredible - Immortal Flower/Blue Chamomile, it's earthy and floral). It contains Butterfly pea flowers which helps with collagen growth and skin elasticity. It melts to an oil on contact with warm skin. Lush! (full size is on the to buy list and soon!)

Lavish Cold Cream I've had the pleasure of using this one before and it was lovely to revisit - I do love a multi-use product - use it as a cleanser, an eye cream or a face cream cream! As with all the products it's carefully formulated with skin loving oils and Vegan Hyaluronic acid with a floral scent.

Soulful Spice Balm is another one for the must-buy full size category! It has an almost mouthwatering honey, lemon and spice aroma and is perfect to use as a mask or exfoliant. Formulated with Organic Wild Turmeric, Thanika, Saffron, Sustainable Sandalwood and organic Jasmine in a base of English Wild Flower oils, Camellia, Poppy Seed, Thistle and Starflower. Skin is left looking radiant and alive!

Sweet Nothing Pit Stop Balm is water free and can be used under the arms or areas where you need support for sore or dry skin. It's got a beautiful sweet floral scent (Geranium, Sandalwood, Vanilla, Lemon) and has more of a cream like texture and unlike any deodorant I'd used before. I found it left me feeling fresh all day long. I feel the need to buy this now!
