I've been enjoying using the exquisite Kathleen Natural Tranquil Fields Body & Massage Oil (£34 - 100ml)*. The range is created by a team of ladies in Royal Leamington Spa. There is no chemical nasties in the range such as SLS, SLES, parabens DEA, MEA, TEA, PEGs etc.
The packaging isn't fancy and is quite functional but it's the product inside which really wows. Use this relaxing blend before bed to calm and relax both the body and mind.
With Lavender which calms, reduces anxiety and aids restful and peaceful sleep, Frankincense which helps to relieve stress and Vanilla extract which has a sweet scent and can help the body unwind.
To use: apply to the palm and inhale before massaging onto damp skin after your bath or shower before patting dry with a towel.
