The Literary Giveaway Blog Hop - 23 - 27 June 2012 - now closed

The fifth Literary Giveaway Blog Hop is hosted by Judith at Leeswammes.  There are 64 bloggers taking part and you can check them out here.

Please pick one of the following books and tell me why you'd like to read it.  The winners will be picked using random.org and will be drawn on 28th June.  Please leave an email address so I can contact you.  Giveaway will close on 27th June at 10pm (UK time).

The giveaway is open internationally.  Good luck!

I have chosen to giveaway three books I have enjoyed reading:

The Hairdresser of Harare by Tendai Huchu.  This book has been read once by me and is slightly dog-eared but in a clean condition and a great read.  You can read my review here.

My second book is Me Before You by JoJo Moyes.  Oh how I loved this book!  My book of the year so far.  You can read my mini review here.  This is a brand new copy.

Finally, my third book for all you beauty lovers out there!  Perfumes: The A-Z Guide.  I have an earlier edition of this book and I've read it loads of times.  Super informative and interesting too.  This is a brand new copy.

Please pop along to the other blogs taking part - good luck again!

    Enjoy the hop!

  10. No need to enter me, as I love 2/3 of the books you've offered and they should go to someone who hasn't read them. I have the first edition of the perfumes book, and isn't it the best?! I refer to it all the time, even though some of the newest fragrances aren't included. And, Me Before You made me cry. In a good way. Happy reading and perfume wearing!!

  16. ATLAS MOTH - Pascale Petit

This giant atlas moth’s broad wings
could be the map of China.

Here are two Great Walls. And there
on the Manchurian tip of each forewing

are dragon heads to scare off predators.
But what are those windows in the map,

where crystal scales let in the light?
As if earth’s skin has windows

and at certain times of the evening
they open. The newly emerged atlas

perches on my hand, and it trembles –
like a new world, warming up for its first flight.

  40. Thank you for your generosity, and for being part of the Literary Giveaway Hop.

I'd love to read "Me Before You" by Jojo Moyes. I mean, I have to give you a reason to read the book OTHER than your fantastic review?!?!? LOL :P Your review says just enough for me to know that this is going to be a beautiful read that speaks of self-exploration, explores the dynamics of friendship and love - and what more reason does a reader need to pick up a book? :)
