I had a voucher for Harvey Nichols and decided to treat myself to something. I was thinking something along the lines of an eye shadow or lipstick but I came across Diptyque Eau Rose 20 ml roll on at the SpaceNK counter.
I adore rose scents as I think I’ve mentioned before. The scent retails at £30 for 20ml or £60 for 100ml. Although I am guessing if this becomes one of my favourite scents its more economical to buy the larger size. There is also a limited edition candle.
It’s gorgeous! With top notes of bergamot, blackcurrant and Lychee and middle notes of damask and centifolia roses ending on notes of musk, cedar and honey. The rose notes last and last (although I did re-apply a few times during the course of the day).
It comes boxed and encased in a black velvet pouch – would also make an amazing gift.
I asked if I could have a sample (SpaceNK usually give a sample(s) with purchase if you ask) and was given – 2ml mini tube NARS Pro-Prime Pore Refining Primer and a 2ml tube NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser in Light2 Alaska - not tried either of these products.

Sounds like a lovely scent. My ears just pricked up when I read (not sure if that makes sense lol!) Nars Pure Radiant TM, please let us know how you like it xx

DeleteI knew Diptyque did candles, but I wasn't aware of other products. This sounds lush and portable too. I'm pleased to see another brand doing fragrance roll-ons. Let us know how you get on with the primer and tinted moisturizer.

yes, they do perfumes and body products too (in certain scents). It's very nice. Primer and TM seem really good although I think the shade might be a little bit light x

DeleteI haven't tried anything from Diptyque yet, their prices are insane! Everyone talks about Philosykos though, it has a greek-ish name so it has hit a nerve insime me ;) One day it will be mine! xx
