Latest in Beauty - Little Beauty Box

I got my Latest in Beauty Little Beauty Box the other day.

It contains:

Elemental Herbology - 4 x 3ml sachets

Cool & Clear Facial Cleanser x 2 - scented with Green tea, olive extract and lavender flower, a very effective cleanser which smells really good.  I'm going to get three uses from an individual sachet.  Massage into damp skin and remove with warm water, safe to use around the eyes.  Love it.

Facial Glow Radiance Peel x 1 - with Vitamin C, Papaya and Manuka Honey.  This gave me one use - a fab product - will definitely purchase at some point.  Slightly grainy texture and amazing scent.  Apply mask to clean, dry skin and leave for 4 minutes.  Remove with warm flannel.  Its expensive though.  It retails at £39 for 50ml.  You can buy it in a travel set also which you can see here.  You can also buy at SpaceNK.

Soothing Oil Free Facial Hydrator SPF 12 x 1 - with retinol, biodynamic algae and pearl extract.  A light texture, melts into the skin and gently scented.

I am so in love with this range!  I love the scents and textures and how the products feel on my skin.

My second item is 2 x 0.5ml sachets of SUPER Bright Eyed Flawless Eye Cream.  It is a lovely light gel cream but with such small sachets it's hard to decide if I want to buy full size.  Retails at £29.50 for 15ml.  It also says online that you can use it as a primer for a radiant finish.  I am all for multi-purpose products!

My third item is Ginvera Marvel Gel 2g sachet - good for removing dry skin and blackheads.  I occasionally get blackheads on my chin so was keen to try this out.  You apply to cleansed dry skin and massage gently until the gel is dry and then rinse with water - not tried this product yet.

Really pleased with my box this month as I've found a range I definitely want to buy at some point.  Do you get this box?  Have you tried any of these products?

  3. Also a thumbs up here for the Ginvera gel. It made my face really nice and smooth. If you go to the link to buy it on LIB they were doing a free sample of the gel and BB cream together if you email them. I got them (and I also got the sample in my LIB box) The BB cream is more like a foundation I thought compared to the Garnier BB cream which is more a tinted moisturiser IMO. It's also really runny, so if you do try it, be careful getting it out of the sachet lol a little goes a long way (and all over your hand if you're not careful ;) ) The gel has an 'interesting' smell ha. I don't like it. But I'd put up with the smell because it had a good effect on my skin. Seriously thinking of buying the full size when I can afford it.

    2. Was it the Estée Lauder one you ordered? I just read an email from them for that. Would be interested to hear how you get on with that. Notice they've put the price up 50p as well lol. X

    3. yes! I know, they said they had to put prices up. It's probably one of the ones you could get at the counter for free! x

    4. Tbh I don't think they need to put them in quite as big a box, or even use a box, just shove em in an envelope haha. Surely that would make the P&P cheaper. I was abit narked when I went to look at the Full size gel to see how much it was, to find out I could have got a free sample AND the BB cream anyway! Could have chosen something else for my box if I'd known that to start with. Good job I liked it really eh? :P If they think I'm paying £1.50 for a 5ml sample of BB cream they can think again lol. x

    2. Not sure I'll continue to get it at £1.50. I get so many free samples of things anyway, so unless theres something I REALLY want to try, I doubt I'll bother. Do you think you'll still get it? x

    3. I'm not sure I will either - like you, depends on whether there is something I really want to try x

  5. I caved in and got the BB cream hahaha. Only because I wanted to use the credit up on my phone so it wouldn't top up again when my free texts run out, because I'm hardly using it at the moment, so it's a waste of a fiver every month. Just tried abit on my hand and it smells really nice. Like cucumber :) like the little cardboard pouch it came in as well. Too nice to throw away lol I'm a sucker for packaging. X
