Love Lula: JOIK Update

I selected products by Estonian brand JOIK in May from Love Lula. You can see my thoughts on their fantastic Energising Bath Salts with Orange, Lemon & Grapefruit Oils* HERE.

I'm now ready to share my thoughts on my other picks:

BEST SELLER: Refreshing Facial Toner with Seabuckthorn Oil and Aloe 100ml (£9)* which had already been on my wishlist. It contains Seabuckthorn oil which is high in Vitamins A, E and C and Aloe Vera which soothes. The toner refreshes the skin, refines the pores, firms and is nice to use. You do need to shake it up before use to ensure that it's well mixed.

To use: apply with a cotton pad and gently wipe over the skin. 

I've been enjoying using this toner and I'd definitely buy it as it's very effective and great value.

PRICE HIGH & NEW: Smoothing & Cooling Eye Roll-On 10ml (£19.50)* which is easy to use and absorbs quickly.  The light eye gel smoothes and soothes the delicate eye area, improving elasticity while helping to reduce lines and wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid binds moisture and helps renew and regenerate. Caffeine reduces puffiness and dark circles while complex amino acids and extracts of cucumber, cornflower and seabuckthorn stimulate cell renewal.

To use: massage the cooling roller around the eye area. Pat gently until absorbed. Keep in the fridge for an extra cooling treat.

I've been impressed with the soothing nature of the eye product and have really noticed a difference with regard to fine lines and dark circles.

PRICE LOW: Energising Bath Salts with Orange, Lemon & Grapefruit Oils 500g (£6)* which I love. See my review HERE.

RATING: Hot Chocolate Soy Wax Candle 145g (£12.50)* which is a mouthwatering sweet blend.  The burn time is approximately 30 hours and the wax used is natural. It burns cleaner and lasts longer.

To use: burn until full melt pool covers the candle. Cut the wick before next use.

It's absolutely gorgeous with a sweet chocolatey scent. I'll definitely be picking up more candles. They are excellent value for money, burn evenly and long lasting.

I also tested out some samples:

I'm a huge fan of Joik's Bath Truffles so was pleased to try soothing Lavender one. See my thoughts on their White Chocolate Bath Truffles HERE & their Herbal Bath Truffles* HERE. 

The other sachet samples* are all lovely (50p each) but the samples are quite tiny so it's hard to get an idea of whether they'd be ideal for your skin. I did enjoy them all though (Rejuvenating Beauty Elixir, Silky Facial Serum, Exfoliating Facial Scrub & Cleansing & Softening Shower Oil Apple & Elderflower).
