bare innocence - Essence of Vali Massage & Bath Oils

I was recently sent a box of gorgeous products from bare innocence.  Bare innocence is a company founded by two friends, Lucy and Gill who both have a strong interest in complementary therapies and natural and organic products. You can read more about them here.

Products are free from parabens, SLS, phthalates and there is no animal testing.

I was sent three Essence of Vali Massage & Bath Oils - Balance, Uplift and Sleep*. I've been enjoying using all three of them depending upon my mood.  The oils are made with a base of golden jojoba oil and they can be used for massage, as a body moisturiser, in the bath and on the face - I so love a multi-purpose product!

Sleep Blend* - a blend of lavender flowers, marjoram leaves, cedarwood and ylang ylang petals.  Helps to relax and sleep deeply.  I've been using this in my bath and on my body just before bed.  Looking forward to trying The Gift of Peaceful Sleep*.

Balance Blend* - with lavender flowers, grapefruit peel, clary sage and geranium leaves. Helps to balance and re-focus. It's also good for back or neck pain.

Uplift Blend* - with lavender flowers, spruce, bergamot and litsea cubeba. It helps to revive and uplift the spirits.
