The Christmas Tag

I came across the Christmas Tag on Kay's blog Blushing Peonies (check out her fab blog).  She had found it on Sarah's blog Life in a Breakdown (another fab blog!) The tag started at makeup-pixi3 blog. I love Christmas so knew I'd have to do this tag.

1. What's your favourite thing about Christmas?
I love when the centre of town has the Christmas market and going for mulled wine.  I also love Christmas dinner.

2. What's your favourite make-up look for the festive season?
Like a bit of sparkle and red lipstick.

3. Real tree or fake tree?
Definitely a real tree (though hate finding pine needles in August!). Just love the smell of it. I've got lovely little beeswax heart decorations I hang on the branches. Growing up we always had a real tree, just carrying on the tradition.

4. Giving presents or receiving presents?
I love giving.  Love wrapping pressies and love seeing people opening gifts.  I do love receiving too!

5. Do you open your presents morning or evening?
I still get excited by Christmas and can't sleep the night before.  We usually open some in the morning and then when my sister and her family comes round more after lunch.

6. Handmade Christmas cards or bought?
I normally buy bought ones but I'd love to make my own.

7. What's your favourite Christmas film?
It's a Wonderful Life and The Snowman

8. What's your favourite Christmas food?
Mince pies, turkey, mulled wine, sweets, champagne, party food - I love it all!

I tag anyone who wants to do this tag!

  4. Love that you did the tag, and thanks for the mention! I know what you mean about finding needles in August ha ha that is one of the downsides to having a real tree!
