We spent a rainy Saturday afternoon in Tonic having a few cocktails. I fell in love with the very delicious Porn Star Martini - so delicious I had to have two! It contains Stoli Vanil, Passionfruit, Caramel & Lemon served with a shot of Prosecco on the side - yum!
I enjoyed a fab afternoon tea at the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh (formerly The Caledonian Hotel) with my mother-in-law. It was gorgeous. If you are ever in Edinburgh I'd highly recommend!
I read Eeny Meeny by M J Arlidge and I can quite honestly say it is one of my favourite reads this year. Super creepy I raced through it. Matthew's second book is out in September - I seriously can't wait!
We spent a great afternoon at Savour - a foodie event organised by Sharon at Bite Magazine. We ate delicious food and drink.
I especially enjoyed a pulled pork roll from The Hanging Bat, the delicious jams and chutneys and a cheese platter from The Edinburgh Larder, Pickerings Gin (served with tonic & lemongrass), Zukr Boutique (super delicious luxe teacakes), smoked salmon & gravlax from George Campbell & Sons and the refreshing and fruity Idun's Elderflower Cider.
June's Souk Souk Beauty Box has been my favourite box...ever. It could have been made for me - I simply love it! See my mini review here.
I tried the newly launched Dahliana Wildflower Youth Serum* and simply adore it - you'll see it's already a firm favourite (and halfway done!). See my review here.
