I was approached by Metcalfe's Skinny on Twitter to ask if I'd like to receive a monthly box of Topcorn* - no strings attached! My first box arrived on Thursday.
Julian Metcalfe, co-founder of Pret and itsu was fed up of stodgy snacks and in 2008 created skinny topcorn - a light and tasty snack (love how the calories are visible on the bags). Julian experimented with tons of flavours and Pret was the first place which stocked Metcalfe's Skinny.

So far I'm loving - Sweet Cinnamon Spice - spicy, slightly sweet with a cinnamon hint - delicious!
You can now pick up Skinny Rice Cakes - which are packed full of flavour and only 83 calories per slice - these come in Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and Yoghurt flavours.
