*Love Lula Beauty Box: October 2021

*Sent to me complimentary as a Love Lula Accredited Blogger. This month's box is fantastic and it's worth £55! Sign up to the monthly Beauty Box HERE

What a gorgeous box! The first thing to jump out at me was the full size of Madara's SHAPE Caffeine-Mate Cellulite Cream 100ml (£17) which will hydrate, tone and firm the skin. It's got a nice citrussy grapefruit scent and I'm looking forward to giving it a try.

I love new-to-me Shampoo Bars and this dinky one by Greenfrog Botanic smells strongly of roses and is a delight. It'll hydrate and soften normal hair types. I've got dry/coloured and my hair is loving it. Inside the box this month is their Argan & Rose one 23g (£4.95).

Also inside the box this month is the newest Ooh! Oils of Heaven Organic Baobab Oil 30ml (£19). It's great for maintaining healthy skin and is rich in Omegas 3, 6, and 9. I'm always happy to see a new Ooh! oil as I love them. I recently bought full size of Antipodes fantastic Glow Ritual Vitamin C Serum review and inside this month is a try-me sachet.

Rounding up this great box is Balm Balm's Frankincense Deep Cleansing Balm 30ml (£9.50) plus an Organic Cotton Muslin Cloth. I've used the cleanser before and found it great at removing all make up and impurities while leaving the skin feeling clean and nourished.

*Love Lula Beauty Box: August 2021

I came back from my mini staycation to August's Love Lula Beauty Box, which I receive free of charge as a Love Lula Accredited Blogger - AD. This month the box is worth £71 and inside are 3 full size products and a travel size. It's a fantastic box!

The first thing to jump out at me was a brand new Ooh! Oils of Heaven Blackcurrant Face Oil 30ml which is so new it isn't on the website yet! It'll soothe, tone and hydrate the skin. So far my skin's loving it.

I adore beautiful Butterwhips, and inside is a huge 75g (£18) tin of their Warmly Relaxing Bergamot, Lavender and Vitamin E Body Butter - which is my favourite scent in the range. Check out my review HERE. I'm delighted to have a pot of this back in my stash!

From Terre Verde we have 30ml (£9) of their AcquaDiRosa Balancing Mist which is gorgeous. Deliciously rose scented it'll tone and balance the skin.

Rounding up the box this month is a full size from Inika Organic their Lip & Cheek Cream 3.5g (£25) (in assorted shades). I received Morning, a gorgeous peachy shade. I've been using this for a pop of colour on my lips and cheeks.

Love Lula also offer subscribers a very generous 20% off brands in the box. Sign up to the Beauty Box HERE.

*Love Lula Beauty Box: April 2021

*I received the Love Lula Beauty Box complimentary as a Love Lula Accredited Blogger for an honest review. The Beauty Box costs £14.95 in the UK on a rolling subscription making it excellent value for money. This month the contents are worth £59! As ever, there's 20% off the brands in the box in the form of a code for subscribers which is valid until the 10th May.

I was especially excited to see the new Ooh! Oil of Heaven nestling inside as well as J.R. Liggett's Mini Shampoo Set - both of which had been on my wishlist!

Inside is a full size (30ml - £19) of the latest Ooh! Oils of Heaven - Organic Jojoba Face Oil, which I'm looking forward to trying. It closely mimics the skin's own sebum and is suitable for acne/oily skins. It can also be used to stimulate the scalp - I love a multi-use product.

I came so close to buying this dinky little Assorted Sampler Box of mini shampoo bars from J.R. Liggett's (6 x 18g, £12.99). Being a huge solid shampoo fan I'm looking forward to testing them out - Original, Herbal, Tea Tree & Hemp, Moisturizing, Jojoba & Peppermint and Virgin Coconut & Argan). They are the perfect try-me set or for travel.

From Inika, is a full size Long Lash Mascara (8g - £23) in Black which will give you long and luscious lashes with no flaking or clumping. I'm sure I've used this Vegan mascara before. It's always nice to see a make-up item nestling inside.

Rounding up this month's box is a delicious Black Cherry Lip Balm from Crazy Rumors. This is full size (4g - £3.99) and is fruity, tangy and sweet. It'll nourish and care for dry and chapped lips.

A great box in my opinion, what are your thoughts?

*Love Lula: Ooh! Oils of Heaven Discovery Set

*gifted via the Love Lula Accredited Blogger Program for an honest review. I'm a huge fan of Love Lula's Ooh! Oils of Heaven and this brand new Discovery Set is absolutely fantastic. Inside the branded box are 5 x 5ml selected from the range. It's a great try me kit or for travel and excellent value for money (£20). It'd also make a great Christmas gift.

Nestling inside the easily recyclable box:

Tamanu Oil: which has a very strong and pungent nutty-like aroma and is rich in Omegas 6 and 9. The oil also has quite a thick texture. It's ideal for moisturising and can help with stretch marks and scarring. Use AM and PM.

Avocado Oil: has a herbal/green type of scent (and colour!). It's rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and Vitamins A, D and E. It'll deeply hydrate and protect. Use AM and PM to smooth out fine lines and wrinkles. I love its earthy scent and nourishing properties.

Raspberry Oil: is rich in essential fatty acids and has a superior anti-inflammatory quality making the oil perfect of acne prone skins. It's also good for dehydrated and sensitive skins. The oil has a herbal and slightly fruity scent, absorbs instantly and is nourishing and protecting.

Plum Oil: this is currently my favourite ooh! Oil of Heaven. I can't get enough of that beautiful marzipan-like scent! It's perfect to moisturise and condition dry skin. I'm combo but my skin loves this! See my review HERE.

Rounding up the discovery kit is their Hemp Oil: which has a beautiful earthy aroma. It's rich in essential fatty acids, Omegas 3 and 6 and has an ultra low comedogenic index which makes it suitable for all skins including those with acne and oily skin. Deeply hydrating it's suitable for day or night.

I think this Discovery Set is fantastic. Pick yours up HERE. What are your favourites from the range?

*Love Lula Beauty Box: November 2020

*sent to me free of charge as a Love Lula Accredited Blogger for an honest review. WOW what a box this month! It's absolutely fantastic. Inside are 3 full size products, a luxury travel size and a sachet. Check out the subscription HERE. This month the contents are worth £67! As ever there is a generous 20% off code, as an added extra to enjoy this month (on the brands in the box).

WOW!

Such an amazing box! Inside are two latest launches, a product which has been on my wishlist and two new to me ones. A stellar box! And so, for a closer look..

I'm a huge fan of Ooh! Oils of Heaven and adore their Organic Plum Conditioning Face Oil* (REVIEW) so I'm excited to try their brand new Natural Cucumber Soothing Face Oil 30ml (worth £19) which is highly moisturising and nurturing. Expect a review for this one when I've had the chance to try it.

I was over-the-moon and then some to see one of Skin Alchemist's gorgeous soaps nestling in the box. They've been on my wishlist! I'm excited to see a bar of their Dirty Chai nestling there! This and another (Eggnog) were created especially for the beauty box. These soaps come in at £10 for 128g.

Again, another new launch at Love Lula, Green People's Hydrating Calming Serum 50ml (£21) which is a welcome addition. The scent-free serum is soothing, hydrating and regenerating and perfect for autumn and winter skins! A great addition to the box.

Rounding up the box are two products from Madara - a luxury travel size (12.5ml) of their Re:Gene Lifting Mask which will lift and plump the skin and a 3ml sachet of their Infinity Drops (a product I've always been keen to try, but been put off by the price of a full size!)

September Empties

Marked* I've kindly been gifted a product for review. I'm not going to use anything else up so here are my September empties (a little bit early!)

I absolutely adore Noble Isle and their Summer Rising Bath & Shower gel 75ml which I first discovered in a Beauty Box (I've since bought their new Rhubarb Rhubarb! hand sanitiser which is fantastic - review on it's way). See my review HERE.

I received the NUXE 30ml reve de miel Melting Honey Body Balm as a Latest in Beauty pick. Lovely to use, buttery soft and deeply nourishing. Something I might pick up full size if my body product stash ever reduces.

I simply adore Avon Senses Zen Mandarin & Jasmine Hand Wash 250ml it's cheap as chips coming in at only a quid. I buy it again and again as I love its beautiful scent.

Evolve's Daily Apple Hair & Body Wash 250ml was gorgeous. Equally good for hair and body. See my review HERE. I'll definitely pick this one up again.

My mum had given me Method's Sunshine Bloom Hand Wash 354ml after me admiring hers in her bathroom. It was lovely to use with a nice sunshiney citrus scent! I've got my eye on their Rose Water and Tropical Cloud ones next!

*The Organic Pharmacy Peppermint Facial Wash 20ml which I received as a Love Lula Accredited Blogger. Lovely to use. See my mini review HERE. Definitely one I'll pick up when my gel cleanser stash reduces a bit.

balanceme's Flash Cleanse Micellar Water 30ml was fantastic. Very effective and gentle. It's on my to-buy list. Vichy Mineral 89 Fortifying & Plumping Daily Serum 10ml was a Feel Unique My Beauty Kit pick. My skin loved this in summer.

Award winning Omorovicza's Queen of Hungary Mist* which I tried again as a Beauty Shortlist Judge 2020 is the creme de la creme of face mists! See my thoughts HERE. I've just opened a mini from a Latest in Beauty Box.

My skin adored nknaturals Summer Copper Distilled Botanical Mist 50ml* and I was sad to finish this! I'm looking forward to buying Autumn's version on the equinox on 22 September! See my review of the whole Summer collection, which founder and formulator, Nicola kindly gifted me HERE.

My final empty is ooh! Oils of Heaven Organic Plum Conditioning Face Oil 30ml* which I received in the June Love Lula Beauty Box*, see HERE. I simply fell head-over-heels for this face oil - see HERE. I repurchased it during the spend £20 get one free offer. It'll always be in my stash.

What have you been using up in September?

*Shopping My Stash #116

*means I've generously received the product free of charge as part of the Love Lula Accredited Blogger Program. All brands in the post are available to buy at Love Lula (they've got a summer sale on right now. Check it out HERE). Here's what I've been reaching for:

I love that you can choose 5 samples/trial sizes with a purchase of £10+ for a nominal cost. The Organic Pharmacy's Peppermint Facial Wash 20ml* trial size costs £6.50 and it's perfect for try-me or holidays and there's enough product inside to really get a feel if you'd like it/it suits your skin (full size is 100ml and costs £35). The wash is gently antibacterial, unisex and is also good for teen skin. Eucalyptus & Peppermint purify while Lavender & Tea Tree are antiseptics. The wash has a slight lather and a pleasant herbal/minty scent. I like to use it in my morning shower. Full size is now on the wishlist!

As now hand sanitisers are the new norm (I've got one in my desk at work, one in each of my handbags and a few at home). I really rate Alteya Organics's one. See my review HERE.

I've only really dabbled with SOiL's essential oils before but it turns out they've got a nice range of remedy rollers and massage oils. Their REVIVE remedy roller 11ml is the perfect size to pop in a pocket or handbag for use on the go. I've found it really does revive! The rollerball contains geranium & grapefruit to balance while rosemary & basil refresh the mind and boost energy (blended in a base of organic soy and sesame oils). Simply roll onto pulse points as needed.

This actual John Masters Organics's mini Leave-In Conditioning Mist with Green Tea & Calendula came in a discovery box but you can buy the full size at Love Lula (I'll definitely be replenishing). This lightweight nutrient rich mist conditions and detangles and leaves the hair feeling soft and looking shiny. Love!

My final pick is my favourite Ooh! Oils of Heaven Organic Plum Conditioning Face Oil 30ml* which I received in my JUNE Love Lula Beauty Box. I totally fell in love with it. See my review HERE. This one's nearly finished (but I stocked up during the recent offer!) It truly is sublime.

What have you been reaching for lately?

Shopping My Stash #115

Products marked * I've been kindly gifted for review. Odylique's unscented Ultra Rich Balm* provides deep hydration to very dry skin (dry hands, knees and elbows, here's looking at you) and it also soothes skin prone to eczema. The balm protects the skin from heat, cold and wind making it the ideal holiday companion.

I bought Trilogy's Vitamin C Polishing Powder in early JUNE. I've got a slight obsession with Vit C at the moment. See my review of their Vit C Brightening Duo* HERE. This fine grain powder exfoliant (reminds me of Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant, although it's finer) is activated on contact with water turning it into a gentle foaming milk which will help to remove dead skin cells and brighten the skin. I've been enjoying using this and feel that my skin is definitely smoother and brighter.

I adore Klorane's Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk (which was initially a Latest in Beauty Pick+in a LIB collection box). I just find it works and I've always got it in my stash.

My hair is the bane of my life at the moment (needs a cut and colour badly). I do have an appointment booked in for the 24th July - can't wait! I was looking for something to give my hair a bit of oompf and discovered a travel size of ORIBE's Supershine Moisturising Cream in my stash - oh my goodness, it's wonderful - it give the hair much needed moisture and huge glossy shine. Luckily you only need a teeny bit (full size 150ml is a whopping £54.50).

I adore Love Lula's Ooh! Oils of Heaven and their latest launch Organic Plum Conditioning Face Oil is amazing! See my review HERE. It's one of my favourite skincare products this year. So lovely.

I picked up Madara's Acne Acute Spot Roll on in the 40% off sale at Naturisimo recently. It's great for zapping occasional spots (of course as soon as I got it I was spot free!) It's a handy size to pop in a bag or pocket for instant relief on the go.

My final pick is Walden Natural Perfume's A Gentle Rain Perfume Oil* which I received in a Love Lula Beauty Box. This 10ml size is great to travel with, whether on holiday or to the office (if we ever get back there!) It's a beautiful scent with notes of oak moss, labdanum and patchouli - it's woody and spicy and is really easy to wear.

*Love Lula: Ooh! Oils of Heaven - Organic Plum Conditioning Face Oil

*received free of charge as part of the Love Lula Accredited Blogger Program - see my initial thoughts on the June Beauty Box* HERE. I've always been a fan of the beautiful Ooh! Oils of Heaven and did a spotlight on them way back in 2016 (although there have been a lot of additions to the range since then!)

I was very excited to see their latest launch, *Organic Plum Conditioning Face Oil 30ml (£19) in June's Beauty Box.

The cold pressed oil has a high omega 9 content and is great for dry skins. I adore the marzipan-y scent of plum oil but know it won't be for everyone. The silky oil absorbs instantly leaving the skin feeling nourished and deeply hydrated. It's absolutely beautiful and would be perfect for summer months.

To use: apply 2-3 drops on cleansed skin. It can be used AM and PM or as a treatment. Pick yours up HEREWhat are your favourites from the range?

I'm a huge, huge fan of Ooh! Oils of Heaven and was over-the-moon to see their latest launch inside the box. Marzipan-ish Organic Plum Conditioning Face Oil 30ml - £19 is absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to try it - review will follow! It's an absolute delight.

And the excitement keeps coming - what a great box! Also inside is Elsa's Organic Skinfoods Detox Natural Deodorant 60g (£18) which is charcoal infused and scented with Grapefruit, Ginger, Lemon and Neroli. I've tried one of their other deodorants before - see my review HERE. Happy to have a new one I've not tried before in my stash.

Rounding up June's box is Kathleen Natural's Citrus Cheer Bubble Bath & Shower Gel 150ml (£18) which has a nice zesty scent making it perfect for summer.

I receive the beauty box free of charge as a Love Lula Accredited Blogger. I've used all the brands inside the box before but inside are five new to me products - I think it's a great box this month.

Nature's Kitchen Kiwi, Apple & Cucumber Soothing Face Wash 100ml (£10.99) which gently cleanses the skin of impurities and toxins and has a fresh scent. I'll be popping this by my shower for use in the morning.

Inside the box this month is 30mls of Organic Apricot Revitalising Face Oil (£19) which resembles the natural sebum produced by our skins and has a slightly nutty scent. Love Lula Beauty Box: My Top Picks - January-June 2018

These are my top picks from the Love Lula Beauty Box* January to June (and ones which I would buy again):

In January (link) my favourite item was a much-loved favourite MOA Fortifying Green Bath Potion* - I simply love this stuff! See my review HERE.

Coming into February (link) my favourite product was Ooh! Oils of Heaven Avocado Hydrating Face Oil* - I'm a huge, huge fan of this good quality and excellent value range - see my Spotlight HERE (there have been new ones added since I wrote this post). The Avocado oil does have an acquired scent - it's very green and earthy! The oil deeply nourishes and protects the skin.

In March (link) we received Elsa's Organic Skin Food Deodorant in Ocean* (which I've still to try) but love their Dew* variety so know I'll love it. See my review HERE.

April's box (link) saw me fall for two items - Dr Botanicals Kale Superfood Nourishing Day Moisturiser* and Balm Balm's Little Miracle Rosehip Balm* - the day moisturiser is light and absorbs easily leaving my combination skin nourished and comfortable and the rosehip balm is an absolute delight! Multi-use - use it on your face as a moisturiser and on dry patches of skin on the body. It smells glorious (frankincense, rose geranium, palmarosa, juniper and mandarin).

Coming into May (link) again two products stole my heart - Alteya Organics Certified Organic Bulgarian Rose Water Spray* and Lyonsleaf Calendula & Marshmallow Balm* - I'd recently tried and loved Alteya Organics's Certified Organic White Rose Water Spray* (REVIEW) so knew I'd love the Bulgarian Rose one. My second top pick is the lovely rich and nourishing Lyonsleaf balm which softens and repairs dry or damaged skin from head-to-toe.  Use it on dry and cracked skin all over the body to nourish and protect.

Finally, this month (link) I've totally fallen for the gorgeous new perfume oil See the Moonlight by Walden Natural Perfumes* which has notes of bergamot, jasmine, rose, sandalwood and ambrette seed.

Do we share any favourites/buy agains?
