March Empties

Here's what I've been using up in March:

Briogeo Repair Shampoo & Conditioner (both 59ml) - I received these in a set with a fabulous Leave-In Conditioning Spray (from my friend Julie at Christmas). I liked both the products and I'll maybe repurchase at some point in the future (I'd probably say I preferred the Conditioner to the Shampoo).

Narloa Jasmine & Neroli Body Oil 125ml - I just loved this beautiful body oil. See my review HERE. It also featured in my Top Brands & Products of '17. Sure to pick it up again when my body care product stash reduces a bit!

Bodhi & Birch Mint Thé Bath & Shower Therapy 200ml - this is one of my all time favourite B&B shower scents. I know I'll re-purchase at some point. See my review HERE. 

Bodhi & Birch Neroli Luce Revitalising Face Oil 15ml - I love the exquisitely scented facial oil coming into late spring and summer. Sure to pick it up again and soon!

Jane Scrivner Firm Believer Definitive Body Serum 100ml* - which I loved (every Jane Scrivner product I've tried I've loved!) A rich and luxurious skin firming body serum which I really enjoyed using. See my review HERE. This one's on the to-buy list!

Pureology Hydrate Conditioner 250ml - which performed really well. I really like this brand and I'd buy this again.

Lola's Apothecary Breath of Clarity Bath & Shower Oil mini - I've tried this before and loved it. Full size is on the wishlist.

Aldi Reed Diffuser No.1 Lime, Basil & Mandarin - very impressed with this diffuser from Aldi. The scent is really lovely and the whole package (glass pot and diffuser reeds) looks great. Will buy again for sure.

KINN Beauty Body Oil 100ml** - I loved everything about this beautiful award winning range. See my thoughts on it HERE. I'll definitely buy this when my stash reduces a bit. Just love.

Sisley Black Rose Precious Face Oil sample - which came in my recent "In the Name of the Rose" beauty subscription. Oh yes, full size is on the wishlist!

Dr Teals Pure Epsom Salts Lavender 1lb - these made for a super relaxing bath and I had the best sleep ever afterwards. Will definitely pick these up again.

Dr Bronner's Orange & Lavender Lotion sample - this lotion absorbed instantly leaving the skin delicately scented. I really liked this and I'd buy full size when my stash reduces.

Botanico Vida Omega Oil 3 x 3ml sachets*** - this skin loving oil is gorgeous! I've just been sent a full size bottle so a review will be coming!

Skin Organics Clean Beauty Box: Merry Christmas December Box

Now this is what a Christmas beauty box should look like! It made my heart sing and really excited me. The December boxes are now sold out but you can sign up for January now (£21 plus £3.95 p&p).

It was packaged up so beautifully too - and included two extra treats!

So what's inside:

From BRYT Skincare there is a full size Night Cream (£18.50 - 50ml) and a sample sachet of their Day Moisturiser. This is a brand which is known to me but I've never tried any of the products (excited).

This is only my 2nd try from Siskyn Skincare and I'm looking forward to testing out their Grapefruit & Sweet Fennel Toning Body Oil (£9 - 30ml) which smells mouthwatering! 

From well loved bodhi & birch there is a 50ml travel size of their Ylang-Ylang Incensa Sensual Bath & Shower Therapy (£5.50). See my review HERE.

I recently tried NARLOA and can tell you that their Mandarin Cleansing Oil (£12.50 - 50ml) is gorgeous. See my review HERE.

The final items is a mini Rudolph's Nose Pore Refiner from The Konjac Sponge Company (£6.99) which is a cute little Christmas edition.

And we also received some fabby extras..

From Lilian Jones a gorgeous cinnamon swirl tealight candle which smells divine and from Truffle Pig, a handmade dark chocolate orange, raspberry and rose chocolate bar.

NARLOA: Jasmine & Neroli Body Oil, Mandarin Cleansing Oil & Shea & Sugar Lip Scrub

Emma at Beauty Folio was raving about a beautiful brand she's discovered called NARLOA (psst...get 15% off with 'emma').

The brand is Vegan, cruelty free and hand made in small batches. It's free from parabens, fillers, alcohol and synthetic preservatives. The packaging is simple but stylish (and the labels are printed inhouse!) I think the range is very good value as well as lovely.

I picked the two items which most appealed to me (and Hannah very kindly sent me a new product (which isn't launched quite yet to review).

As you'll see I simply adore the Jasmine & Neroli Body Oil (125ml - £15) which is a light blend of skin nourishing oils of Sweet Almond, Rice Bran, Safflower, fractionated Coconut, Grapeseed, Avocado and Jojoba oils along with rejuvenating Neroli and restoring Jasmine. 

It's a beautiful body oil which deeply restores and rejuvenates the skin leaving it delicately scented.

To use: slather over the body after your bath or shower.

The second product I picked is Mandarin Cleansing Oil (50ml - £12.50) which is a blend of plant oils that cleanse and lift impurities. It quickly dissolves make up and daily grime leaving the skin feeling clean and comfortable and it has a gorgeous zesty mandarin scent. 

To use: apply a small amount to dry skin massaging over the face and neck. Remove with a warmed damp muslin cloth.

The Shea & Sugar Lip Scrub 15ml* gently sloughs off flakey skin on the lips (perfect for winter use) leaving the lips feeling soft and nourished (it also smells good enough to eat!)
