WIMH Omorovicza Gold Hydrating Hydralift Mask try

I was pleased to be picked by What's in my Handbag to try a sachet sample (2ml) of Omorovicza Gold Hydrating Hydralift Mask (full size £110 for 50ml).

This super luxe mask is gorgeous! Scented with roses and containing bio available gold it is a rich cream which nourishes, smoothes, lifts and blurs fine lines and wrinkles. It's the perfect mask to use just before a big night out or first think in the morning.

To use: apply to face and neck and leave on for 10-15 minutes and then wipe off excess. I found I didn't have much excess mask to wipe off. I thought there wouldn't be much product in the little sachet but there was enough to do my face and neck.  It left my skin looking fabulous! Plumped up and radiant.

Suitable for sensitive, dry and combination/normal skins.  One to save up for I reckon! Have you tried this mask?  What's your favourite face mask?

What's in My Handbag: Mama Mio Body Trio & Bathtime Best

I recently received a 15% off code from What's in my Handbag and I bought the Mama Mio Body Trio (I first wanted to try this when I'd just started my 100 day spending ban).  It costs £10 but is worth over £22 and contains:

Mama Mio O Mega Super Rich Body Cream (50ml), Mama Mio O Mega Body Buff (50ml) and Mama Mio Skin Tight Toning Serum (30ml).  They all smell gorgeous so I'm looking forward to trying them out.  I simply adore Mama Mio Mighty Moisture - so I'm hoping these match up.

My second purchase was Bathtime Best (also £10):

This mini set contains the wonderful Therapie Himalayan Detox Salts 100g (worth £8.50 alone).  These salts are great for unwinding after a long and stressful day and after using them I've had the best night's sleep ever! This little pack is enough for 2-3 baths - they'll be going in my holiday bag!

Green & Spring Relaxing Shower & Bath Foam 50ml - this smells gorgeous! I've not used anything from this brand before.  Also in the set are two Korres minis - Guava Shower Gel 50ml (one of my favourite scents) and Basil Lemon Shower Gel 50ml.

Spending Ban - Update 2

I am actually finding the spending ban not too bad although in week 2 I found  I was tempted by things..  Grace's Blog Sale caught my eye and I especially wanted the Aromatherapy Associates Rose Exfoliating Cleanser and the Nourish Toner grrr...

Here is how my week has been...mid-week is definitely snacking day!

What's in my Handbag - Bond No.9 Central Park West 1.7ml EDP

I was lucky enough to get picked to try a sample vial (1.7ml) of Bond No.9 Central Park West EDP. Well, it is gorgeous.  It has a price tag of £80 for a 7ml atomiser, £350 for 100ml (this one has a Swarovski pink rose which can be worn as a bracelet or brooch - the flower is adorned with 400 Swarovski crystals) or £125 for 50ml.  It's way out of my price range!

The sample is wrapped up in shiny paper like a sweet - very cute.  I love the scent.  It has top notes of narcissus, ylang ylang and black pepper, middle notes of gardenia (yum), jasmine, lindens and orris and bottom notes of vetiver, musk, white oak and tree moss.

The range also includes body silk, a candle, liquid body silk and body wash.

I am also fancying the Perfect Ten Gift Set and Harrods Rose - I can wish!

What's in my Handbag - Elemental Herbology

I was lucky enough to receive the Elemental Herbology freebie from What's in My Handbag in the post yesterday.

I'd previously tried some samples from Latest in Beauty Little Beauty Box and loved them so was very pleased to receive the Cell Plumping Facial Hydrator SPF8.  It's a decent size too - 15ml and has a lovely rose/geranium scent.  I'm looking forward to testing it out.  Did you receive this?

Miller Harris Citron Citron EDP & Body Lotion

I recently signed up to What's in My Handbag where you can get a peek of what's inside other women's handbags - it makes for compulsive viewing!  You can add items to your wishlist as well as listing products you already own and you can even add your own handbag with its contents to the site.

Every week they offer a free sample which you can sign up to try.  I was one of the lucky ones to receive last week's sample and it arrived this morning.  This week you can sign up to try Jurlique Rose Hand Cream.

Last week they were offering a Miller Harris Citron Citron EDP vial (1.6ml) and a 60ml matching body lotion - they are both gorgeous.  Scented with Spanish Orange, Sicilian Lemon, Jamaican Lime, Mint, Basil, Cardamon, Moss and Cedar.  The body lotion is lightly scented and easily absorbed.

The samples come in a black box with tissue and crinkly paper, a nice personal touch is a sticker with your name on it.
