April Empties

If a product is marked * I was gifted it for review purposes. Here is my April empties. I've actually got through quite a lot this month!

I love Bamford Pebble Soaps, this one came in a recent Naturisimo Discovery Kit. Lovely to use with a rich and creamy lather and aromatic scent. Always on the wishlist.

I received Odacite's CaR Vital Glow Wild Carrot Serum Concentrate vial in my Naturisimo Glow Starter Kit. I shared my musings HERE. Nice to use but a small sample, might or might now splurge on full size.

Crushing Blooms EdP by Tom Daxon 4.5ml which was nice to use but not one of my favourites from the range. See my post on the 13 vial collection HERE.

Molton Brown Flora Luminare EdT 1.5ml I really enjoyed using this floral perfume. Full size's on the wishlist!

Antipodes Kiwi Seed Gold Luminous Eye Cream 3ml I got about a week's worth of use from this little sachet AM and PM which gives enough use to weigh up whether you like an eye cream or no. This one's on my wishlist!

So much love for Raven Botanicals I tried their Award Winning Spellbind CBD Bakuchiol Serum* as a beauty shortlist judge and fell head-over-heels. A review is upcoming for this and the rest of my Beauty Shortlist Top Picks. I've since bought another!

Huge love for Bodhi & Birch, their Award winning Lemon Water Hydrosol Tonic is just fantastic. See my review HERE. I've just cracked open a full size I've been hoarding. Absolutely gorgeous!

L:A Bruket's Hand & Body Wash mini came in the February Mint Green Starter Set - see HERE. I loved it's uplifting and awakening herbal aroma. It's one I'd buy full size.

An old favourite is REN's Atlantic Kelp & Magnesium Anti-Fatigue Body Wash 50ml which I picked up in Feel Unique's My Beauty Kit. Would buy again.

I fell head-over-heels for Bee Good's almost edible Warm Vanilla & Fig Hand & Body Wash 250ml which was a delight to use. Will definitely repurchase at some point as its lovely.

I've since bought Organic Work's zesty and uplifting Bergamot Hand Wash*. See my review HERE.

ila spa's The Big Sleep Drops are absolutely fantastic. I'm sure to buy them again. See my review HERE.

I found a sachet of Sol de Janiero's Coco Cabana Cream in my samples drawer. It has a gel type texture and a very sweet coconut scent. I'd love to buy this for summer.

I have loved everything I've tried from Tam Mason. The Bergamot & Blood Orange Nourishing Sugar Hand Scrub mini came in the A Handpicked Selection Box which I reviewed HERE.

I've been enjoying a soak in the bath lately and I especially liked Epic Blend's Coconut Soaking Salts, Westlab's SLEEP Salts* (Review) and Mythyn's Melusine Silk Soak Skin Hydrating Bath Potion. I'd be happy to use all of these again.

*Westlab SLEEP: Epsom & Dead Sea Salts with Lavender & Jasmine

*sent for review. I adore Westlab's Vegan bath salts which I believe really do what they say they will. I was recently sent their SLEEP salts with Epsom & Dead Sea Salts which are scented with Lavender & Jasmine (£7.99 for 1k)* and also contain sleep inducing Valerian.

Upon opening the bag you get a huge rush of Lavender with a gentle touch of Jasmine - the scent is instantly calming! The salts will help you ease into restful sleep (just make sure you don't fall asleep in the bath!).

Magnesium relaxes the mind and body, the blend of essential oils calm and soothe and Valerian promotes restful sleep. They are perfect to help you get into a ritual before bed (I've recently had trouble sleeping so have found that they help immensely).

To use: add 2-3 handfuls to the warm water to create a mineral rich scented soak. Swirl to make sure the salts are dissolved before jumping in....and relax!

I've loved using these salts and think they really work in helping me have restful slumbers. I'd buy these again. Are you a fan of Westlab salts?

*Westlab RECOVER Epsom Salts with White Willow & Eucalyptus

*Recently I was very kindly sent a variety of Westlab Salts to try (AD-gifted). I'm already a huge fan of their MINDFUL Bathing Salts. See my review HERE. I've been testing out RECOVER (1kg - £7.99) which are designed to soothe tired and overworked muscles. They are formulated with Magnesium which assists muscle recovery, Arnica which soothes daily aches and pains, essential oils and Epsom salts.

The salts are Vegan, natural and cruelty free. To use: add 2-3 handfuls to warm water, jump into the tub and relax. I've found these salts very effective as well as lovely to use - they revive both the body and mind, soothing and aiding recovery after exercise. Pick yours up HERE.

July Empties

Here's what I've been using up in July (marked * I received the item free of charge for review purposes):

I loved WestLab's Mindful Bathing Salts with CBD Oil 1kg which I picked up in ASDA. I found them instantly calming and soothing and I'd buy again. See my review HERE.

Molton Brown's Heavenly Gingerlily Bath & Shower 100ml which was a Latest in Beauty Pick. Huge fan of the brand and scent so likely to buy again.

I'm a huge fan of Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Cream 25ml so this is vanilla-y sweet scented cream is very likely to be bought again...and again!

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Monodose Make Up Remover 5ml is handy for holidays but I'd not buy again due to the single use plastic. It was effective however and lasted me two uses.

Le Prunier Plum Beauty Oil 3.7ml came as a Feel Unique - My Beauty Kit try. Nice to use (I love the marzipan scent of plum oil). Unlikely to buy full size as I love the ooh! Oils of Heaven Plum Oil from Love Lula, which is a fraction of the price (REVIEW).

Palm of Feronia Grounding Bath & Body Elixir 10ml which I reviewed HERE. Nice to use but I'm unlikely to buy it full size as I preferred the other two samples I selected.

INIKA Phytofuse Renew Resveratrol Serum 1.5ml sachet* which I received as part of the Love Lula Accredited Blogger program (you can buy 5 samples with a £10+ spend at Love Lula). This little sample gave me two uses. I fell head-over-heels for this serum and it's one I'm adding to the wishlist!

My second INIKA sample was their Phytofuse Renew Maca Root Day Cream 1.5ml sachet*. I didn't enjoy this as much as the serum (which makes trying the sample first a no-brainer). I found it slightly too rich for my skin but it's a lovely cream.

Q+A has been on the want to try list and I picked their Hyaluronic Acid 2ml sample sachet as a Feel Unique pick 'n' mix sample. My skin loved it and full size is on the wishlist. It comes in at £6.50 for 30mls making it an affordable buy.

My final item this month is a sachet sample 0.4ml from Medik8 of their r-Retinoate Day & Night Eye Serum. Although a teeny-tiny sample I got a few uses out of it. On the wishlist!

Westlab Mindful Bathing Salts

I spotted Westlab's Mindful Bathing Salts in Asda and snapped them up (£3.49 for 1kg). The Mindful salts are infused with CBD and scented with Frankincense & Bergamot Essential Oils. They make for a calming and restful soak.

They are presented in a huge re-sealable pouch.

Formulated with 100% natural magnesium rich Epsom Salts and Himalayan Salts which are infused with Frankincense, Bergamot and CBD which helps to promote tranquility.

To use: and two to three handfuls to a warm bath, hop in and relax. Emerge feeling calm and relaxed.

I'm already a fan of the brand and these salts are superb. You really do feel relaxed after use and they help with aches and pains. You can also pick them up at places like Holland & Barratt, TKMaxx and supermarkets (I now of course want to try more in the range!)
