Balance Me Freebies with April's Glamour Magazine

If you pick up April's Glamour magazine (£2) (it hit the shelves yesterday) you can choose a Balance Me product from a choice of four. Decisions, decisions...I couldn't decide so picked up 3 magazines! 

I chose Super Moisturising Body Wash (100ml which is worth £6) - my body skin is quite dry at the moment so I'm looking forward to trying this. Expect a review soon.

I also picked up Pure Skin Face Wash (50ml and worth £11) - this is suitable for normal/combination skin and is one of my favourite face washes.  This featured in my Balance Me Favourites and the Radiance Face Mask (30ml and worth £12). See my review here*.  The final option which I didn't pick up as I've got a stash of them since last time is Tinted Lip Salve which is worth £12.

Magazine Freebies - August - Marie Claire, InStyle & Glamour

I do love a magazine freebie! On the way back from a few days away I picked up Marie Claire & InStyle magazines which have a couple of great freebies this month.  

Marie Claire is offering a balance Me Cleanse & Smooth Face Balm 40ml or their Face Moisturiser 15ml (worth £25 together) and Instyle the rather fabulous Neal's Yard Geranium & Orange Hand Cream 50ml which is worth £10!

Glamour magazine are offering a Clinique mini - moisturiser, mascara or a choice of two chubby sticks. As a subscriber I was delighted to receive a chubby stick mini in Super Strawberry.

InStyle Magazine - March issue

uh oh I have had broken my spending ban a little bit! (£3.80).  I always get InStyle magazine when they have their Best Beauty Buys supplement - gives me hours and hours of reading!  There is also a free 3.5ml sachet of L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil.

Marie Claire magazine this month (I've got a subscription) are offering readers a free Shiseido Lipstick - you have to go instore with your coupon from the magazine to pick it up - while stocks last. Next month (out beginning of March) they are offering a free Neal's Yard Bee Lovely Hand Cream worth £10!  I've also heard Glamour's April edition has a free Percy & Reed product attached - shampoo, conditioner, treatment mask, oil.

More Magazine Freebies - Glamour & InStyle

Glamour magazine are giving away a choice of 4 Balance Me trial sizes.  I picked up two of the pure skin face wash (50ml) - I love it! and one face moisturiser (20ml).  The others on offer are eye cream and lip balm.

The Instyle freebies you have to take the magazine page instore.  The Giorgio Armani Mascara worth £7 and a trio-shade lipstick sample card (and a complimentary eye make up consultation) can be picked up between 1 July - 5 August while stocks last at selected stores.

The Shiseido Gentle Cleansing Foam (30ml) also worth £7 can be picked up at selected House of Fraser, John Lewis, Boots, Fenwick and Harrods.  Available from 5th July - 2nd August while stocks last.

Spending Ban Update - Week 3

My beauty spending was so out of control last week...


In week 3 this is what I purchased - Gielly Green Travel Kit (£22), two Glamour magazines (£4), L'Occitane samples from ebay (£10.50 including P&P), the Latest in Beauty themed box (£11.90) and A'kin 24 hour Intensive Moisture Leave-In Conditioner which I read about on Evelyn's blog. (£11.90 - I also bought a couple of samples).  I bought the Gielly Green set and the L'Occitane samples from paypal funds though. Oops. x

Glamour Magazine Benefit Freebie

I picked up Glamour magazine with the free Benefit the Porefessional mini this morning.  

Imagine my absolute delight when on flicking through the magazine I noticed they are giving away Balance Me products next month.  Magazine on sale 5 July.  I adore Balance Me products I think I'll be getting all four!

A great month for magazine freebies!

Cosmopolitan magazine are giving away a free Clinique mini product to celebrate their 40th Birthday.  I found out about this on Emma's blog.  There is a choice of gloss, mascara, 7 day scrub cream or moisture surge.  I chose the 30ml Moisture Surge.

Marie Claire are giving away a 45ml Rehydrating Rose Moisturiser worth £12!  I also got a sachet of Clarins Extra Firming Day Cream.

Glamour are giving away Percy & Reed products - choice of shampoo, conditioner, mask and finishing polish.  I picked up the Totally TLC Hydrating Mask and Quite Frankly Flawless Finishing Polish both 100ml, 2 x 1.5ml sachets of Estee Lauder Invisible Fluid Make-up and a Beauty Guide in association with L'Oreal. (I gave my second mag to a colleague) I do love a magazine freebie! x
