*Live in the Light - AnnMarie Gianni Palo Santo Body Butter

*productsample I was very kindly sent a full size pot of one of the most exquisite body care product I've ever used by Live in the Light recently - AnnMarie Gianni Palo Santo Body Butter (200ml - £69.50) which truly is heaven in a jar! It's decadent, rich and luxurious and almost good enough to eat!

The Body Butter is formulated with Shea and Cocoa butters which soften and nourish, kukui and macadamia moisturise while hand selected essential oils of palo santo, cardamon, vetiver, nutmeg and pink peppercorn give the butter it's glorious and exotic scent - it really is incredible and unlike anything I've used before.

The texture of the body butter is meltingly thick and luscious and it absorbs instantly onto warm skin. It's truly a seriously pampering treat for the body and soul - it helps the body and mind to relax and unwind. 

To use: apply a small amount with your fingertips massaging until the body butter is absorbed.

Live in the Light: Annmarie Skincare Samples

I recently tried some skincare trial sizes* by (then new to me) brand Annmarie Skincare which Sue from Live in the Light sent me - see my thoughts HERE.

Sue very kindly sent me some other samples from the range and I absolutely loved them! 

Dead Sea Facial Scrub sample* (full size 50ml - £35.96) which has quite an intense lavender scent. The scrub detoxifies the skin, removing dead skin cells leaving the skin looking radiant and renewed. It has quite a scrubby texture but isn't harsh. To use: apply to damp skin massaging in upward movements before rinsing.

Coconut Honey Mask sample* (full size 50ml - £33.56) is a lush coconut scented balm which is enriched with pure Colorado mountain Wildflower honey. It nourishes and protects, soothing and plumping the skin. To use: apply to the skin and leave to work it's magic for 15 minutes or so before removing with a warm damp muslin cloth. Love!

Anti-Ageing Facial Serum sample* (full size 15ml - £46.16) has an aloe vera base and is suitable for all skin types. Hyaluonic acid hydrates and adds moisture while everlasting flowers soothe and refresh. To use: apply to clean skin before moisturiser.

Anti-Ageing Facial Oil sample* (full size 15ml - £46.16) which is a beautiful rich herb-infused oil which firms and tightens, smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles. To use: use AM/PM after your serum or alone.

Live in the Light: Annmarie Skincare

Sue at Live in the Light recently contacted me to ask if I'd like to try and review some products by Annmarie Gianni. She absolutely swears by this beautiful brand is the distributor for UK and Europe customers.  It's a brand I hadn't heard of before and was founded by Annmarie and Kevin. Read their story HERE.

And my thoughts?

Aloe-Herb Cleanser sample* (full size 50ml - £23.65, 100ml - £37.75) - which has a light milk texture and a lovely refreshing citrus scent. It removes all dirt, impurities and make up. The cleanser is Aloe-Vera based and infused with herbs and natural oils. The cleanser works well and keeps the skin feeling soft, moisturised and never tight or uncomfortable. Suitable for all skin types.

To use: AM/PM. Apply to damp skin, massaging before rinsing.

Neroli Toning Mist sample* (full size 50ml - £25.15) - this is gorgeous and one of my favourites. An Aloe-Vera infusion with the calming scent of Neroli. The mist softens, balances and hydrates the skin. 

To use: AM/PM after cleansing or to mist throughout the day to refresh the skin and the perfect pick-me-up.

Radiant Skin Silk sample* (full size 100ml - £26.75, 200ml - £41.75) - a light body milk which absorbs instantly. It has been formulated for dry and dehydrated skin types. Sunflower Seed Oil nourishes while Aloe-Vera hydrates and smoothes. Essential oils of Rosewood and Frankincense give the lotion an earthy floral scent. You can also use it sparingly on your face to nourish and repair.

To use: apply daily after a bath or shower.

Unscented Facial Oil sample* (full size 15ml - £39.30) - which is a herb infused oil and suitable for sensitive skins. It helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles as well as nourishing and rejuvenating the skin. Formulated with Grapeseed, Pomegranate, Cranberry and Rosehip oils and is suitable for all skin types but especially sensitive.

To use: Apply to clean skin massaging until the oil is absorbed.

The final sample although effective I didn't really like its scent (which I think is a big thing in the enjoyment of a product, well for me anyhow). The Ayurvedic Facial Scrub sample* (full size 50ml - £22.75) is a blend of Moroccan Rhassoul Clay, Fenugreek, Rosemary and Shavegrass (and smells of curry powder!)

It sloughs off dead skin cells exfoliating the skin and absorbing excess oil leaving the skin radiant and renewed.

To use: combine 1tsp of the powder with a few drops of water in your palm to form a paste. For a richer scrub blend with a small amount of cleanser or oil. Massage the paste onto the skin before wiping with a wet warm cloth. Use 2-3 times a week.
