Top Books 2020: January to April

*ARCs very generously given to me from the publisher via Netgalley/direct from the publisher I normally do a half yearly Top Books but as this year is so different I'm doing my post every four months. See my beauty one HERE. These are the books (11 out of 36) in the first four months of the year I absolutely adored:

January:

*The Other You by J S Monroe - I absolutely loved this fast paced thriller. That scene in Rob's apartment in London seriously scared the living daylights out of me - I was totally there along with Kate! I also took part in the blog tour (link).

*Dominicana by Angie Cruz - which is on this year's shortlist for the Women's Prize for Fiction 2020. See my review HERE.

February:

The Sun Down Motel by Simone St James - having loved The Broken Girls I was patiently awaiting publication day! This is an un-put-down-able and creepy read which I loved. See my review HERE.

*Little Doubt DI Kelly Porter #7 by Rachel Lynch - I just love Kelly and this series. It keeps getting better and better. See my review HERE.

*Jack & Bet by Sarah Butler - oh how I loved this tale about Jack & Bet. I took part in the blog tour. See my review HERE.

*The Unreliable Death of Lady Grange by Sue Lawrence - a richly drawn and captivating read. I took part in the blog tour - see my review HERE.

March:

*The Switch by Beth O'Leary - having loved The Flatshare I couldn't wait to read The Switch. A brilliant, brilliant read which I so recommend. See my review HERE.

April:

*Payback - Maggie Laird & Wilma Harcus #4 by Claire MacLeary - I just love Maggie & Big Wilma. I took part in the blog tour - see my review HERE.

*Q by Christina Dalcher - un-put-downable and disturbing. I took part in the blogger takeover - see See HERE.

*The Butchers by Ruth Gilligan - an atmospheric read which I found un-put-downable. I took part in the blog tour - see my review HERE.

*Sisters of Berlin by Juliet Conlin - a story about two very different sisters set against the 30th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. I took part in the blog tour. See my review HERE.
