I took a half day from work today and trawled the shops picking up a few freebies on the way.
Grazia magazine are offering a VIP make up consultation at Armani counters. You get sample pots of Luminous Silk Foundation, Fluid Sheer, Blushing Fabric and a 2ml Eyes to Kill Excess Mascara in black.
Also on the back cover of Grazia you can pick up a 2ml sample size of NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser at SpaceNK.
In Crabtree & Evelyn I got a mini sample pot of Avocado, Olive Oil & Basil Body Lotion.
p.s. I went for my Carmine Benito Brow Threading - It was agony! My eyebrows were red for hours - but I am pleased with the results.
Thats what I call a freebie hunter!:D x

DeleteOh how I would love to have an Armani counter in Bristol I'm desperate to try the silk foundation and more so the eyes to kill, but no, we don't have anything like that, not even Illamasqua, it sucks! I will pick up the mag for the nars sample though, was pondering that one. Did you try it yet? X
ReplyDeleteawwh! the tinted moisturiser is really good, its a new launch, nice light coverage would recommend x
DeleteSold! I think I'll get it next week...have you seen their new lip gloss pencil in 'Mexican Rose' OMG it's amazing, will be getting this also, my friend got one and I tried it and lasted practically all day, amazing!
ReplyDelete:) no, not seen the lip gloss pencil it sounds gorgeous though x
DeleteI really want to try the Nars TM - I haven't had a chance to open Grazia yet so glad you let me know about this freebie. Well done, sounds like it was a successful day!

DeleteThose are some fab freebies! I've never had my brows threaded, always been too scared of the pain but when I other people have it done, the results are always amazing x

Do love a freebie :) I think the pain was worth it, as I am pleased with the results x
DeleteI've got a card for an eye makeover and samples at a Dior counter but I'm scared they're going to convince me to spend more money! lol x

I got that too, but the counters I went to were all sold out :( But yes, I guess they will try and make you spend! x

It smells lovely! x
DeleteI've been trying to grow my eyebrows out so I can use my threading voucher lol. I've never had it done before. I'm ok plucking my own eyebrows, but when someone else tried it once, it hurt way more, so I'm guessing threading will be twice as bad. Do they ask you about what shape you want, or just do their own thing? I can't really see them getting much of a different shape out of mine, as I've plucked them for so long, they only seem to grow back sparsely where I've plucked. They're not really overplucked though, so I should be ok. Nice freebies btw.
ReplyDeleteI went to the counter in Debenhams and the lady just did her own thing - though I am pleased with the result and I will be interested to see how long it lasts! And I'd probably get it done again! Was pleased with my freebies x
DeleteYou got some fantastic freebies! I am so jealous! xx
ReplyDeleteI so love a freebie! x
